The beach and pool were really nice but for a place like that it felt like it should be all inclusive. I guess I'm used to the Mexican hotels where that's pretty standard. It was a nice relaxing stay though

Best Western Plus Santa Marta Hotel
Wonderful staff, especially Paula, Maria and the girl with the curly hair (sorry didn’t get your name) at the front desk. Hotel isn’t located in the best area, but ok walking during the daylight. Could definately use more variety at breakfast and more pool loungers. Cleaning staff do a great job, ...
