The hotel is very very nice. The rooms are amazing and the stuff is very friendly especially Alfredo he was very helpful inside and outside hotel. This hotel swallowed our hearts! We are IN LOVE, the location, and the hotel itself is a work of art! The staff is so kind, exceptionally accommodating & friendly. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!! The staff is so friendly and the food is AMAZING!! Not gonna lie, the road up is a bit sketchy and I was a bit uneasy going up. However, the hotel is amazing. Views are amazing and the staff is always checking up on you in person or via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful property. The architecture is superb and the staff were wonderful, especially Ana in the Restaurant and Alfredo in reception. The on-line photos don't really do it justice. There is a surprise around every corner. Beautiful pools and the waterfall is amazing.

The staff was incredible! Someone checked in with me a week before my trip to ask if we had dietary restrictions or any special needs. Alfredo at the front desk was very helpful, but the restaurant staff was our favorite. Ana helped us with so much and her service was impeccable. Juan and Eban in the restaurant we great and one of the housekeepers went out of her way and took care of my laundry before I left the hotel.

La llegada es un poco confusa pero vale la pena es un hotel muy bonito y lleno de vegetación, hay un señor que cuida de todas las plantas del hotel y parece paraíso, la habitación es hermosa y cómoda, lo único es que entra mucha luz en la mañana, el personal es muy atento, nosotros llegamos con una llanta del carro ponchada y ellos se encargaron de todo. Good service but hotel in bad shape

Great service, but hotel was in poor shape and dirty. Pool side trash left on the ground, shower only a drizzle of water, no blackout curtains (light from restaurant and natural light shining through), no functional safe, and no hot water for the jacuzzi.

This was a beautiful stay. The large room with full balcony overlooking the ocean was the best stay we have ever had. The beds were hard but hotel decor in room, balcony and all of property was unique. Some issues with minimal hot water and many steps to and 3 pools but all overlooked due to tranquility of stay. Staff, Alfredo at front desk and Pedro, manager and in kitchen were very accommodating. The walk up and down the hills t get to the beach was arduous, particularly at days end but still manageable. Short ride to other town Zipolite and Mazunta to see other beaches and bigger towns for shopping. we definitely felt special staying there for our first time

El hotel está en una zona de difícil acceso, la carretera tiene muchas curvas y hay una subida para llegar al hotel que no está pavimentada, mi recomendación es que renten un auto para llegar, porque tampoco hay nada cercano, no hay cajeros automáticos, ni restaurantes (más que algunos restaurantes locales). Al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento, la habitación es bonita, pero se ve vieja en los acabados, el lavabo estanca el agua y produce un olor a podrido terrible, en recepción nos dijeron que dejáramos el agua correr, pero no soluciona el problema. La alberca más bonita que está después de un túnel, tiene la escalera rota y súper inestable. Al haber tan pocas opciones cercanas, uno esperaría que hubiera bar dentro del hotel u ofrecieran comida o cena. El único día que salimos por la noche no podíamos entrar regresando a las 12 de la noche porque cierran y nadie está al pendiente de la puerta, estuvimos 40 minutos intentando que abrieran y en una zona donde no hay absolutamente nada. No nos ofrecieron disculpas ni nada, el hotel es caro para lo que ofrece, tampoco hay acceso directo a la playa, solo se puede llegar por la misma pendiente de terracería y unas calles poco agradables. No regresaremos, ni a la zona ni al hotel, no fue una experiencia agradable.

Stunning hotel with beautiful pools and incredible views! Great breakfast and excellent (though limited) dinner options. Huge rooms - balcony has sweeping bay views, jacuzzi tub, day bed, and hammock - spent so much time out here. Some renovation going on but no noise and didn't detract from our stay at all. Perfect hotel for 2-3 night stay. Walking distance to beaches of Puerto Angel, and easy taxi ride to Zipolite, etc. from main road.

The hotel is just a must see, and beautifully placed on the hillside above the bay. The staff are attentive, warm and welcoming~ not to mention that they went out of their way to make our stay here exceptional. The garden grounds are beautiful. The pools are cool, refreshing, with beautiful views of the bay. The architecture is unlike anywhere else that we have stayed. It is truly exceptional and well worth the price. There were 15 staff members during our stay~ and we made sure that everyone of them received a tip. Please remember the living wage in Oaxaca is low~ it is the second poorest state in all of Mexico. If you can please be generous~ it is all the staff that make such a place possible.

Es el Hotel más bonito que me he hospedado en todos los aspectos. El detalle de la decoración de las habitaciones es hermoso y las vista es increíble. El balcón de las habitaciones es muy bonito y muy graonde es como una segunda habitación afuera. Alfredo Servin se encargó de todo, desde planear desayunos y almuerzos y paseos. Muy atento siempre y espero volver pronto.
