The hotel is full of character and charm. Staff are extremely helpful and the facilities were amazing. My only disappointment was that I booked a single room. It wasn’t particularly clear from the package and pictures of fabulous character filled rooms that the single rooms are exactly that. A room with a double bed, not a lot of room and an en-suite with shower no bath in the single rooms. Just a heads up for other solo travellers, the single rooms are small. I had a great stay in a lovely hotel with lovely staff. I would thoroughly recommend

This is a beautiful restored historic hotel. My room was small twin bed single room, perfect for one traveler. I had beautiful outdoor space on a terrace outside my room. Breakfast was included, had everything I needed. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The location was convenient to the train station, the ferries, the buses, shopping and restaurants. And very close to the beach!

Nice hotel, with lovely staff in the perfect location and easy access to the town centre, the beach, lovely restaurants and easy transportation to portofino or Cinque Terre. Good breakfast and nice rooms. The one downside was the cost of parking at 38 Euros per night. Apart from that the hotel was lovely.

A beautiful grand looking hotel with a lovely quiet spa and really helpful reception and spa staff. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were plentiful and well laid out, no queueing for a table. 2 minutes walk from the centre with shops and restaurants, it could not be more convenient. A wonderful stay to experience Liguria and worth every penny.

Great and relaxing place to stay

The staff was very friendly. Awesome Location. Large rooms with new bathrooms. Very clean The spa for an American isn’t quite as luxurious as what we may know but it was a wonderful Addition to the trip. Close to beach. Easy access to Portofino by bus 782

My friend and I stayed here only for one night, but we had such a wonderful time! The staff here is so friendly and pleasant, and they're also super helpful. The room was cozy, but comfortable, and we were able to order breakfast right to the room in the morning for a small charge. (However, they have a lovely breakfast buffet downstairs!) The town is sooo beautiful and walkable, and there's plenty of dining options, cafes, gelaterias, and beaches nearby. I would totally return here again!
