The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. I appreciated the fridge and the balcony was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, near to shops, local amenities and restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the extensive beach of Can Picafort. The hotel staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The 3 amigos who run the outside pool bar are amazing and a credit to the hotel, always friendly, smiling and welcoming

Stayed here for 5 nights on a cycling holiday. Reception staff are very nice and nothing is too much trouble. I stayed in room 410 which was spacious, clean and had a sea view. I would have liked a more up to date tv. One that I could cast my phone to so that I could watch some English TV whilst winding down after a day in the saddle. Outdoor pool is okay, it’s close to the main road which is a bit of a put off. I used the gym, which is pretty modern and has everything you need for a decent work out. I also used the indoor pool and spa area. Everything was nice and clean. Food, on the whole, was very good. Plenty of choice and suited my dietary needs. I was doing the Mallorca 312 and was up early on the Saturday. I was slightly disappointed with the choice and variety of breakfast available that morning. When I have stayed at other hotels who’s doing the event, the breakfast has been much more substantial. On the whole, a very nice hotel but not sure if I would stay here again. Thank you

Grupotel Montecarlo is really convenient for the beach and all the restaurants/ bars nearby, whilst remaining quiet and chilled. I was surprised to have a top floor room with a huge balcony that had amazing views towards the ocean and mountains. The hotel caters mainly to German tourists, but I had no issues. The pool is really nice and everything was cleaned daily. My only gripe is that I couldn't find anywhere to refill my water bottle - but water on the island doesn't seem drinkable.

La habitación muy limpia, el personal del hotel muy amable sobre todo los camareros del bar de la piscina. El desayuno variado y muy rico y la cena variada, pero el almuerzo muy muy escaso y muy muy poca variedad, si no ibas a la 13:00 como los extrajeros no quedaba nada para elegir. El todo incluido no merece, ya que solo hay patatas fritas ( que estuvieron agitadas dos días) en el bar de la piscina, ni fruta ni ningun tipo de snaks o sándwich para que los niños merienden. No hay mini club, ni ningún tipo de entretenimiento para los niños. El hotel está bien situado. Al lado de la zona de tiendas y de la playa. Nuestra estancia ha sido buena, pero le hace falta mejorar en algunos aspectos para que realmente sea un hotel de 4 estrellas. es un hotel donde se hospeda la mayoría de extranjeros.

Hotel ristrutturato recentemente: camere spaziose, bagno dotato di dispenser shampo e sapone, assenza di bidet. Piscina esterna pulita, non pulitissime le sdraio e gli ombrelloni che erano sporchi di escrementi di piccioni. Teli per la piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Dista circa 250mt dal mare. Assenza di parcheggio auto privato, ma intorno si trova sempre. A brevissima distanza dalla via principale con negozi, ristoranti, supermarket. Cibo buono, forse il pranzo un po scarso. Animazione non presente. Alla sera solo musica dal vivo

Struttura di ottomo livello . Cibo fantastico e personale gentilissimo . L’ Unica pecca rappresenta la gestione della piscina che di notte non è controllata . Spesso venivano a farsi il bagno di notte le persone esterne alla struttura , e questo non è accettabile da un 4 stelle . Abbiamo segnalato ma è stato inutile , perché la piscina non è chiusa ed è esterna alla struttura . Camere pulite , posizione ottima perché vicino al mare ma non troppo vicino la passerella che la sera è molto movimentata. Zona di mare fantastica .
