MI ESTADIA ES EL HOSTAL.-

En realidad muy conforme con las prestaciones recibidas, desde la atención del personal (exelente y muy cordial) pasando por la pulcritud de sus instalaciones y su ubicación muy buena (pleno centro). Por todo esto, recomiendo este Hotel y mas para todos aquellos que visiten Santa Fe por cuestiones laborales o de negocios como yo.-

Hotel central e que aceita cachorro.

O local se destaca, para mim, por aceitar cachorros e por ser em região muito central. Assim, pudemos deixar o carro no estacionamento e sair a pé para conhecer o "peaton" da cidade, onde jantamos.

Hotel bastante antigo. As fotos disponíveis no site não condizem com a realidade. Internet não funcionava no quarto. Café da manhã não é bom. Louças e toalhas em mal estado de conservação, Pessoal da recepção mal preparado para receber as pessoas. Não recomendo.

Por su ubicacion daba lugar a conocer con mapa caminando o en taxi las distintas atracciones. Los bares 10 puntos muy bien atendidios y agradables

Lamentable

Lamentable El hotel esta en venta y se nota en todos sus servicios. Los empleados no tenian acceso al mail del hotel porque el gerente no les habia dejado la contrasena con lo cual no sabian de la reserva. Otro matrimonio adelante nuestro que habia reservado tambien por Hoteles.com estaba teniendo el mismo problema. Desconocian la reserva. Cuando pedimos por el gerente nos hizo decir que estaba ocupado que no nos podia atender. No podiamos cambiar de hotel porque teniamos ingresada la tarjeta y de no cancelarla se nos iba a debitar el gasto igual.

El hotel nos resultó bueno, pero no estamos de acuerdo cómo trabajan ustedes porque esa misma habitacion salía 60$ menos que alqquilarla con Hoteles.com (cuando una persona que estaba antes preguntó por la misma, salía menos).Además el estacionamiento era aparte.
