"It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. "I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest"

"The accommodation was very basic but clean and location is excellent. The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. It was however quite difficult to communicate with the man who took over for the remainder of my stay. All in all, I'd stay there again but in an upgraded room."
