Otelin eleştiremeyeceğim tek özelliği konumu. Özellikle bizi karşılayan resepsiyondaki hanımefendi, baya döver gibiydi. Resmen gülümsemeye ve kibarlığa tepki diye konulmuş gibiydi oraya. Gelirken ne bir hoşgeldin, giderken ne de bir hoşçakalın… odalar rezerve ederken aile odası diye yazılmış ama bir kişi bile zor sığılabilecek küçüklükte. Tuvalet bir kişinin bile sığacağı kadar bile bir alana sahip değil ve odanın orta yerinde üstten kapanmayan bir kapısı vardı. Odalar rutubetli dar ışıksız gürültülüydü. Şu ana kadar kaldığım en kötü otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. 3 kuruş fazla verin ve bunun dışında neresi varsa orda kalın derim.

Karşılama çok samimi ve yardımcı oldular. Kaldığımız oda temiz ve kullanışlı. Ailevi bir atmosfer, çalışanlar samimi ve ilgili. Çok güzel bir konak Üst katında restaurant var ve ilk akşam orada yedik Agop ustanın yemeklerini tatmanızı öneriyorum. Vejeteryan biri olarak orada hiç zorluk çekmedim. Muhteşem mezeleri ve ikramlarıyla güzel bir akşam geçirdik. Sabah kahvaltısı ayrı bir güzel. Tüm personel ve işletmecisine teşekkür ederiz.

Devlet kurumlarında yer bulamadığımız için burayı seçtim. İyi ki de seçmişim. Tertemizdi, çalışanları çok samimiydi, evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Taş Konak deneyimini de yaşamış olduk. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi, ar rahattı, jakuzisi zaten gönlümüzü fethettiğ.

Otelde kalmış gerçek müşterisi olarak yazıyorum ki kesinlikle özensiz ve pis bir otel bir gece konakladığım otelden kesinlikle memnun kalmayarak ayrıldım ilk odaya girdik oda rutubet ve akar kokuyordu yatak pisti kıl ve saç doluydu değiştirilmesini istediğimde temiz çarşaf bulamayıp çarşafın altındaki yine kıl dolu alezi bırakıp gittiler tekrar pis olduğunu söyleyip para iadesi istediyip otelden ayrılmak istediğimde kabul etmeyip başka oda teklif ettiler yeni oda yine kıllı çarşaflıydı ve yeni verdikleri oda tutmuş olduğum odadan daha küçüktü dolabı yoktu tuvalet odanın içindeydi içerisi yine rutubet kokuyordu kliması çalışmıyordu çalıştırmak için arkadaşa uğraştı zorla yaptılar ve bizde o arada saatlerce beklemiş olduk saat çok geç olduğu için zoraki kaldım bir gece ve Urfa tatilim zehir oldu otopark konusunda da yakınlarında bir otopark var ve oraya yönlendiriyorlar otel hiçbir şekilde otoparkta yardımcı olmuyor oraya da ayrıyeten gecelik 300 tl veriyorsunuz
