"I requested an extra bed with bedding. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it because there were dead cockroaches on the bedding. Consequently, my family had to spend the night sharing a single King bed. As we checked in late (after 10:00 p.m.), I did not request a replacement at that time."

"Wonderful - a perfect place to stay in Graz - relax and enjoy life. From time to time a come back to Graz and Hotel Daniel was and still is a wonderful place to stay for a night or more - the welcome was warm and friendly. The new attraction, an Italian Osteria, jukebox music and a nice bar to have drinks with friends or enjoying talks with the staff - take your time ..."

"The hotel was close to everything…the trains and the old town. Very walkable. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the staff were all so helpful and very kind. There are a lot of food options nearby and of course shopping in the old town area. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything! PS if you need a late night bite, eat at Dr. Falaflo, which is nearby. Sooooo good!!"

"Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you"
