Great choice for travelers looking for quiet stay
Situated outside of the city center this place is ideal for those with their own transportation. It is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. View of countryside from the large balcony is quite lovely. Staff is super-helpful.

Extremely clean, Friendly and helpful. Laundry was great for extended travellers at no extra charge. Bus stop outside gates to take you into San Sebastián, discount passes at the front desk worked great! The studio we stayed in was fantastic! A king sized bed and 2 large bunk beds. Clean and modern, great bathroom with toiletries and large fluffy towels. Refrigerator, stove and microwave in the room. Great patio and view of the mountains! 10/10 would recommend:)

Peaceful and out of town
Fantastic views on west facing patio. The buses into San Sebastian (31 or 35) take a little time to work out where they go and what times they run. If you are going to use them try downloading the app. The beach and old town are fantastic. Lots to explore and discover. Our one gripe was the air conditioning, a stand alone unit plugged into the window and very noisy, our solution was to close the blackout blinds when not in the room to keep it cool.

Secluded getaway
Quiet location outside the city but just a quick 10 minute bus ride to the city center. The rooms were amazing and spacious with a nice view of the hills. Perfect place to go rest after a night of tapas and wine.

Perfect spot to clean up and relax
We enjoyed the clean modern style of the apartment. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, micro and full size refrigerator. King size bed, balcony with a view, and a very stylish bathroom. It had everything on our list. The front desk personnel were really helpful with tips on visiting San Sebastian and finding a supermarket. B&M and Lidl were minutes away. Less than a 10 minute drive into parking beside the beachfront promenade near old town area. Really relaxed and enjoyed our three nights

Spacious apartment with good facilities
Great base for exploring San Sebastián. It’s about a 10min drive into the centre with safe parking and although on main road it’s quiet. Lovely view over the mountains but not towards the town or bay. Spacious apartment with huge comfy beds and sofa. Facilities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tv and nice balcony. Welcoming and friendly staff who bring breakfast up to your apartment in the morning if you choose to order it. We had breakfast for two adults each morning and that was easily enough food for all four of us (two adults, two kids).

Lovely view from balcony. Nice apartment convenient to good bus route into San Sebastian. Driving to and from apartment a bit of a nuisance as only accessible from one direction. On dual carriageway type road ( not busy).

50 mins walk to the city or a 10 min bus ride. Very easy access, and away from the crowds. Nearby supermarket. Relatively run down but comfortable. Should improve cleaning service. As they let pets, and the balconies are not divided, you may have unexpected guests once in a while.

What a great find for us after a long trip through France on our way to Portugal. Easy to find from the Sat Nav and we even had parking on site. The reception was very professional and kind. Our studio room was huge and after 12 hours in a car, just the space we needed to decompress. Really nice quality room and a lovely view. Easy to walk in to town, but probably best to take a bus from the stop outside. Very happy to come back here. Oh, breakfast was nice with local products, but I prefer a little less interaction until I’ve had my third cup of coffee!

Very Nice ,well equipped
Good location. Nice view. Well equipped with dishes and coffee/tea. We opted out of breakfast but the dining room was just next door and the staff very generously offered to clean up any dishes we had. The hotel is right on a bus route which, even though we had a car, allowed us to easily get downtown and back. All staff were very helpful in explaining the bus routes, and things to do.

Great apartment-hotel in San Sebastian!
This was a fantastic place to stay for our two weeks in San Sebastian. The hotel is in a neighborhood away from the city center, and so it is quiet and relaxing with great views out the back windows and large patio. The room was spacious, clean and had a kitchen with a washer and dryer which came in handy for our long visit. There is a grocery store within a 10 minute walk and the bus to town can be caught every 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We would stay there again!

One night, wish it had been longer. This is an excellent hotel in a great location, very close to cathedral and gate to old city. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet. I would stay in another NH hotel without hesitation.

Good times in San Sebastián
From the check in the staff were amazingly friendly the place was immaculate clean the apartment was great couldn't ask for better . I would definitely stay there if I ever go back to San Sebastián. I very much recommend it .

Nice apartment hotel a few miles from town centre.
As indicated a wonderful clean apartment hotel a few miles from pm twin centre. Easy bus access to town for 1,65 euros. 10 min. Really saved on parking and congestive driving. San Sebastián is fairly small and is very walkable. Hotel provides breakfast at additional cost but facilities allow for own with supermarket fairly close

Peaceful retreat
Irenaz resort was situated out of the city area. It was designed to take advantage of the mountain and country views and each room at the back of the resort had a lovely terrace to enjoy this experience. It was a peaceful place to stay. Initially we thought we were quite some distance from the town centre but the bus stop was close to the resort and the trip into town took only 7 minutes. The room we had was spacious and included a fridge and a microwave. Guests were permitted to use the kitchen facilities in the common area of the resort. We had a little trouble getting instructions for access to our room as we were arriving after hours and hotel check in closes at 8:30pm. The problem was sorted the night before our arrival thanks to the efforts of the concierge at the hotel we were staying at. It ended up being an easy process. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and set up with extra stow away bunks for children. My only suggestion would be to include a mat beside the bed to wipe your feet on before getting into bed as the hotel floors were completely tiled - practical but not very comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant and peaceful place to stay.

Lovely place with amazing views!
Lovely apt/hotel in San Sebastian, located in a quiet area of ​​San Sebastian, near the Miramon Park and Technology Park (10 minutes away from downtown/beach area by car). The accommodations are spacious, super modern, and have private terraces, panoramic views and free internet. The terrace was great for our babies (8 month old) for we were able to put an inflatable pool for them there. We had a two bedroom that was super spacious. There is daily maid service (except for kitchen stuff). Great place for families!

The apartments are out of town, we were aware of this as we had a hire car. We stayed in a studio which was what we had expected, quite happy with property. Only slight disapointment was being told at check in that the secure car park is not available for studio residents therefore we had to park on the busy road.

Great stay out of the centre!!
We recently stayed here opting to stay away from the centre of San Sebastion. The apartment was well appointed with all the things you would expect from a self contained perspective. there was a supermarket 10mins walk away. We did not have a car but the buses were easy to navigate and were frequent enough to not cause much of a wait. Just be aware that this place is pet friendly, and you do have to pay to use the salt, pepper and other provided necessities. Overall we had a great stay with plenty of space. Would recommend for sure..

Beau grand studio vaste et neuf et moderne avec superbe terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes . Situé ds un beau quartier résidentiel près d’un épicerie à distance de marche. Autobus pour aller au centre ville de San Sebastian très pratique. Personnel très gentil et serviable nous avons adoré
