The building isn’t much to look at, but the room and bathroom has been tastefully renovated and is a great location to be based to make the most of your time at Philip Island. Easy to check in, room was clean and tidy and proximity to things in area was great.

Great affordable option on quiet location near the water. Wi Fi in room, we couldn't get it to work. Maybe it was a temporary outage. Friendly staff. Rooms are big and very comfortable.

This unit, although aged, was remarkably clean and well presented inside. Hair dryer, iron & board, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, TV etc. Extra additions included crockery and cutlery. Ample parking. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was a breeze. Staff were polite & accommodating.

Handy location. Large room with nice facilities. Modern clean bathroom however unpleasant smell in the bathroom that may have been coming from outside. Some staff were more friendly than others. The guy who checked us in at the bottle drive through was friendly and welcoming. The pubs food was fairly priced and tasty. Overall a good place to stay at an affordable price. I would stay again.
