"We felt welcomed by the staff as soon as we arrived at the hotel and they answered all our questions and offered helpful suggestions for our stay.
The hotel is located near many popular places, including the Rialto Bridge a few blocks away— we found the location ideal for our exploration of Venice. Of social note, the hotel Is only a couple of short blocks from one of the stops for the river bus.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent and gave us a good start on each day we were there. It...

"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice.
The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice.
The staff were great and very welcoming.
One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax.
Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!"

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Venice. Centrally located and within walking distance to everything but the best part is getting lost in the little streets of this city. The staff were attentive and so pleasant. We loved the rooms and the boutique feel of this beautiful hotel."

"Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und mit dem Wassertaxi über die Station "San Toma" super zu erreichen. Der Checkin (inkl. Tourismusababe) ist schon im Vorfeld online möglich, so dass man sofort die Zimmerkarte bei Ankunft erhält. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett, das Frühstück ist super und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Kaffee (von Espresso bis Latte Macchiato) wird frisch zubereitet und ist dementsprechend sehr gut. Das gebuchte Superior-Doppelzimmer war ausreichend groß mit 2 Fenstern...

"I had a fantastic stay! Great and affordable location that had everything you needed including a fridge. The room was beautiful and clean and I wish my stay could’ve been longer. Didn’t get to experience the breakfast as we were on the go, but it smelled wonderful!"

"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass.
We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted.
The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"The AC units in the apartment do not work. Contacted customer service they were unable to help us contacted them three times regarding the AC not working. No one came to look at the ACs and ended up having to leave in the middle of the night because it was so terribly hot and stay in a hotel. The apartment is nice, but it is too hot without the AC. I requested a refund for stay because we never stayed in the."

"Cute stay, but the air conditioning didn't work, and it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit every day. Lucky to get a lower unit otherwise, lots of stairs with luggage, as there is no elevator. No laundry services available. Tricky to find the location, and they wouldn't give us a code until we were standing in front of the door. Then, a code to get into the building and another to get your keys. They were physical keys, so we left them at the hotel each day. Convenient location. However, the process...
