Estada solo
Fiquei na suíte standard. Tamanho bom p/ 1 pessoa. O banheiro é bem pequeno, algo como 1,5x1,1m, box bem pequeno, mas vazão da água e louças boas, inclusive o chuveiro. Foi permitido fazer o check-in antecipado e, de modo geral, considerando que é no deserto e tem poeira na cidade toda, é um local limpo. O café da manhã é com hora marcada e se não for nesse horario ou se você sair antes do início (7h30) para algum passeio (o que é bem usual) fica sem café. Desse modo, por 3 diarias não pude usufruir do café da manhã. Não fornecem nenhum tipo de snacks e mesmo agua você tem que comprar e trazer para o frigobar. O café consiste de 1termica de agua quente, saches de acucar, 2 saches de café instantaneo e 2 de chá; 3 fatias de pão, 1 fatia de presunto, 1 de queijo e 1 de salame. Potinhos de manteiga, doce de leite e 1de geleia. E 1 taça de frutas picadas com iogurte. É sempre igual. No dia anterior da minha saída, perguntaram se eu gostava deovos mexidos e disseram que seriviriam no café da última diária. Não serviram. Fica a uns 15min de caminhada das ruas principais e, apesar de ser seguro, com o cansaço e altitude, fica sendo um caminho longo para caminhar diariamente. Solicitei cabides e um cadeira extra para colocar a mala e me forneceram. Tem amenidades, xampu, condicionador e sabonete.

This property is not in the thick of the hustle of town yet very close to walk in easily. Great bakery right on the corner for easy treats. The only downside for this property was the management. We felt like Rosanna was constantly check on us, whether we were using the space correctly, when we were coming and going, even how much we were using the air-conditioned, she turned it off on us both nights and we had to request it be turned back on. This made it less relaxing than it could have been.

My room was quiet spacious and very clean. Rosana, the hostess was very welcoming and helpful. We communicated via Google translate as she didn't speak English very much and my Spanish is non-existent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back again!

It’s not worth it
Heater (AC) works until 11 pm and it doesn’t work nights hours when it gets really cold. Breakfast is just 2 pieces of bread with jam. You can hear all neighbors upstairs. Imagine they wake up at 5 am to go for a tour

Very happy with this facility. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood which is within walking distance to the center of town of San Pedro de Atacama. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to spend a few days in San Pedro. The staff was wonderful!, including Fany and her daughter. The only let down was that the heater was turn off automatically every night at midnight and the weather is very very cold.

La struttura è bella pulita, l'unico inconveniente per così dire che ho trovato lo staff parla solamente in spagnolo e non Inglese od altre lingue.

Lugar ideal en San Pedro.
El hotel cuenta con lo necesario. Esta cerca del centro, a 5 minutos caminando, lo cual da tranquilidad al no estar en las calles del centro. Se tiene privacidad y la atención fue muy buena.

Estadia Razoável.
Nossa experiencia na pousada foi razoável.O quarto e´extremamente pequeno, na foto a perspectiva parece ser amor. Não em onde acomodar as roupas.É limpo. Se solicitar um papel higiênico ou sabonete a mais, é cobrado.Afastado do centro, uns 15 a 20 minutos caminhando, com o calor e poeira parece ser mais tempo. Staff nada amigável, contudo os empregados são atenciosos. Custo beneficio razoável.

Basic accommodation. Spacious, clean, overpriced
Very basic accommodation. Hostel quality. Clean and spacious. Ok part of town. Main issue was the air conditioning advertised is turned off at night and only on for a short period in the day. It is very hot. Private car park a bonus. Breakfast arrangement complex, have to give a precise time the day before for room delivery.

Pricey very basic place. Clean but stifling hot.
This is really a very basic place. Very old linen, towels and furniture. Very budget which the price doesn’t reflect. I booked it as it was one of a few properties advertising air conditioning. It barely works and is limited to a few daytime hours and turned off at night. They have no fans which is unusual in San Pedro, the reason given that there is aircon. The places is boiling. If you get hot at night or in the day do not book here. Having said that, the place is surprisingly spacious. Very clean. I liked the staff. A bonus was a secure car park.

It was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was only a short 5-10 min walk to the centre of the town, where there were lots of restaurants and bars. It was a great base for exploring the Atacama desert!

HOTEL DECEPCIONANTE. O horário do café da manhã é a partir de 8h, ou seja, você nunca vai conseguir tomar café pois os passeios começam antes das 8h. O ar-condicionado tem uso restrito em apenas alguns horários, ou seja, se você chegar às 15h do passeio no calor pesado não vai poder ligar o ar. Além disso, 2 dias ficamos tomar banho pois quebrou um cano.... E eles não avisam nada e tampouco dão previsão de retorno. O atendimento é decepcionante, chegamos 2 horas antes do horário de check in e nos deixaram sentados na recepção e ainda cobraram taxa de early checkin por terem liberado o quarto 1 hora antes depois de muita insistência de minha parte. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE HOTEL. DECEPCIONANTE

This hotel was clean and we very much appreciated the fresh water dispenser and the complimentary breakfast or box lunch. It's not new and and mostly just a place to sleep, but not hang around at. I would like to say that what makes it special is the staff. Briana speaks English and was able to help us in a transportation crises due to the protests. She took charge and went above and beyond to help us. For that, I will always be grateful to her.

The room is large and the bed is comfortable. We liked that there was a TV and the internet actually worked!! But mainentance needs to be improved within the kitchen. We also didn't like that it was very difficult to get service at the front. When we arrived we waited out a front gate for some time before anyone answered the buzzer. We also were trying to check out and couldn't find anyone.

Cama confortável, equipe discreta mas solícita, local sossegado, café básico mas suficiente e entregue no quarto, nos dias de passeio mais cedo oferecem box lunch, limpeza no quarto todos os dias, cerca de 10 minutos da rua principal.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße in San Pedro. Sehr angenehme Lage, das Zimmer ist groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ausreichend und man kriegt ein Lunch-Paket, wenn man früh auf Ausflüge geht. Es gab immer heißes Wasser und Personal ist sehr freundlich.

I noticed that there were a few negative reviews for this hotel, but I think that they were completely wrong. This is a great hotel! It is small and quiet, even though it is just a few minutes walk from the center of town. The manager was warm welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning, and you could also ask for a box lunch if you were going on an excursion. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well designed, with a kind of loft bedroom and a downstairs kitchen/dining area, and outside there are tables, chairs and a small shared pool. And the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt und die Heizung funktionierte noch nich so zum Winterbeginn. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung - der Lunchbag ist alkerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da sehr lueblos zusammen geschustert.
