Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft! Die Zimmer als einzelne Hütten sind schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet und bieten viel Platz. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht und ruhig - eine kleine Oase. Der Service ist extrem zuvorkommend und höflich! Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet auch wirklich fantastisches Essen an - besonders zu hervorheben das Frühstück à la carte! Das Resort setzt an vielen Punkten auf Nachhaltigkeit. Wirklich rundum perfekt und absolut zu empfehlen…

This is a beautiful retreat in an otherwise hot and dusty town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited so notify the hotel in advance if you need parking.

This hotel is the best! Definitely recommend this stunning oasis in the otherwise dusty and scruffy San Pedro de Atacama. The town is fun, but it's wonderful to have this island of luxury to escape back to. The food was amazing, the staff so friendly and helpful and everything in the hotel is beautiful. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!

Estadia impecável
Nossa estadia foi perfeita! Alem do quarto ser incrível e muito aconchegante, todo time de prestadores de serviço, desde a recepção, até o time de limpeza e restaurantes, estão de parabéns pela cordialidade e pela atenção que nos deram. Os mimos oferecidos pelo hotel, desde garrafas de agua ate presente surpresa ao final da estadia, deram toque especial. A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto de todas agências de passeios, e localizada na principal rua da cidade. Recomendo muito!!

Ein Traum in der Wüste. Das Hotel hat 12 kleine Häusschen und ist super in der Stadt gelegen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt wirklich ein kleiner Traum in der Wüste.

Très confortable et super équipe
Un bel établissement avec des chambres bien séparées (type bungalows), ce qui assure une vraie tranquillité. La literie est très bonne et douillette. L’équipe est absolument formidable. Le restaurant est bon. Seul petit bémol : dommage de faire des braseros tous les soirs. Même si tout le monde fait ça car c’est la mode à San Pedro, c’est vraiment désagréable car toute la ville sent la fumée et ça pollue !

Stay here! Perfect in every way.
Absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s beautiful and the staff are so helpful and kind. Plus it may not seem important yet, but you’ll thank me — nearly every tour will drop you right outside this hotel at the end of each long, tiring day. Great location at one end of the Main Street (Caracoles.)

Great property
Beautiful property and service was top notch. Each room is a stand alone unit. Was able to park my car on site. When we left early to see the geysers, the hotel provided a very nice boxed breakfast. One thing to note is that the pool is not heated so not usable in the colder months. On-site restaurant for days when we didn’t feel like leaving the property for dinner

Um oásis no centro da árida San Pedro. Cama, lençóis, toalhas, chuveiro perfeitos. Quarto muito confortável, silencioso, árvores, piscina. Equipe super simpática e acolhedora. Café da manhã excelente, Wi-Fi, área externa super agradável. Tudo perfeito e no centro da cidade.

L’accueil et le dévouement du personnel étaient hors de l’ordinaire. Allant de ll’aide pour l’achat de billets de visite à dresser une table dans notre chambre, tard en soirée (parce qu’il avait plu et que le plancher du restaurant était inondé) ou encore de garder notre auto et nos bagages pendant que nous faisions une excursion de quatre jours en Bolivie, sans compter la qualité de la nourriture servie. Bref, absolument formidable!

This is a hidden gem in San Pedro de Atacama. Directly on the main strip, and close to tour companies, restaurants and shopping. The property is centrally located but also wonderfully quiet, with each room being a distinct and beautifully set up building. The food at the hotel rivals anything in town, and the staff are all universally hospitable and pleasant. Would recommend this to anyone visiting San Pedro.

Excelente, confortável e bem localizado
Hotel excelente. Confortável, silencioso, quarto amplo e bonito, cama gostosa. O hotel tem vários espaços aconchegantes, especialmente na frente dos quartos. Superou a expectativa inicial. Tudo que pedimos foi prontamente atendido. A localização é excelente pois fica na rua principal da cidade. É possível ir facilmente a pé até as agências de viagem para os passeios. A única ressalva é para a piscina, que poderia ter água aquecida, não conseguimos entrar pela temperatura da água

It was an amazing experience with incredibly helpful staff and wonderful facilities. It’s location is right in the heart of the action and is the location of choice for tour droop off. Great breakfast although many tours start early and you’ll miss out but they do pack a carry away breakfast if notified. Disregard the check-in warnings on Expedia that states they stop check-in at 530. That’s nonsense and they’ll welcome you whenever you get there. One last warning, their entrance is subtle and can easily be missed if your driver is not used to dropping off passengers at the Desertica.

The central tree-lined courtyard is beautifully decorated with colorful local items, a bi-level pool, ample seating, and bar service. The restaurant features a wood accent and has an open feeling; the food is very fresh and very good.

Loved it! Amazing staff and beautiful boutique hotel with the best location. Only gripe was internet was extremely slow and intermittent at times— other than that small detail the property is perfect for anyone looking for R&R in between adventures in San Pedro de Atacama! Pricey, but worth it.

We had a lovely stay at this property for our honeymoon. The staff were fabulous and really attentive to our needs. It was such a lovely hotel, very clean and high quality amenities. Would definitely recommend!

very well located property with a chic vibe! We went in August so the mornings were cold and you couldnt use the outside facilities (Pool) as much but a very nice place.

We loved the individual little ‘huts’ and our little fire in our room. It was so peaceful yet close to the main streets of San Pedro. Loved the outside breakfast - just take a coat. The staff were all lovely. It had a very unique feel. It is a small hotel with only 12 units so it’s never noisy or busy - just perfect. If you want a restful, quiet haven to come back to at the end of the day in the desert then this is the place. We loved it. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Loved this hotel and town
We are travelling for nearly 5 weeks around Peru and Chile and we booked all accommodation etc ourselves, this was one of those fist pump moments hotels where you knew you had made a great choice, if anything, it exceeded our expectations. We left early each morning and missed breakfast but they gave us lunch packs instead. Service was fabulous, location perfect, and we loved San Pedro Atacama, don’t miss it and make sure you allocate enough time here. The desert is diverse, arid, beautiful and this is the best hotel in town.

Fascinating and tastefully decorated place. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Made you feel so welcome. Only negative (but also need to keep in perspective staying in the desert with its weather conditions) was shower hot water temperamental and pool needed to be vacuumed

Outstanding hotel, it’s my third time in San Pedro and this is THE hotel to stay. Fabulous location, walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and decorated with great taste. The breakfast is fantastic, delicious local pastries, great artisanal bread and home made jam. Pedro and Andrea, at the reception, gave us always excellent suggestions for tours and places to eat with fantastic disposition. Eduardo, during breakfast, smiled us every morning offering everything we wanted. Fabulous experience! I will definitely come back.

Péssima experiência e desrespeito com os hóspedes.
Péssima experiência. Fomos desalojados do hotel sob pretexto de problema na rede de esgoto e que seria quebrado todo o piso externo para conserto e por isso não poderíamos permanecer ali. Mas no mesmo dia em que saímos do hotel houve check in de um grupo de participantes de uma expedição de carro pelo deserto. Será que o conserto foi tão rápido? Por que não nos permitiram continuar hospedados lá já que o reparo se daria no mesmo dia?
