"Un lugar mágico! Restaurado y equipado recientemente, habitaciones amplias elegantes y recreadas en la época de 1800 elegantes según la época, y espacios al aire libre muy bien cuidados plantas, prados y árboles exuberantes , un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar!"

"Habia visitado antes el hotel y el personal no habia sido muy atento, pero en esta ocasion hay nuevo personal y la atencion fue muy buena. Excelente hotel.
Lo unico que tuvimos es que las paredes no son antisonoras y se escucha todo lo de la habitacion de al lado, llegaron unas personas a las 2 de la mañana haciendo mucho ruido y todo se escuchaba. tuve que llamar a recepcion para reportarlo"

"el desayuno no sabe mal pero no esta bien presentado para el tipo de hotel, ahi mismo sugiero cafe de cafetera , las botellas de soluble le bajan tambien la presentacion"

"El Hotel muy bien ! Las habitaciones bonitas, aunque si a la nuestra le falto un poco de mas cuidado en la limpieza.
El servicio de restaurante por parte del personal da mucho que desear, caro el buffet para lo que ofrecen de alimentos y de mal modo aún peor.
Nos tocó una escena del Gerente o dueño del lugar da igual quien era en el área de alberca bastante desagradable que se podía evitar y no dar mala imagen, volteaba a ver a los niños que estaban en la alberca con disgusto y molesto...

"I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com.
Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded.
In the end, Hotels.com...
