Room did not have adequate air conditioner and none of the hotel keys would work. Front desk had to open my door with a real key and said he would have to let me in every time I needed in my room.

Great sleep

I found the bed to be so comfortanble i slept longer than i have ever slept before with my sleeping disorder!! The place was clean but bathroom door was quite damaged.

Never again!

The room was dirty. Floors werent swept, toilets weren't clean(had previous urine on the rim), no towels, fridge wasnt working. But i guess you get what you pay for. My kids enjoyed the pool which needed cleaning. Also the ice machines do not work.

Property computer system was down so was unable to provide service to us but did assure me of a refund thru expedia. Which i am still waiting for. We are hurricane burly survivors looking for a place with ac. Expedia has been horrible to assist us with this refund . Will never use this service again. And advising everyone the same!

First room had dirty mattress and old sheets. Shower curtain had a hole in it. Second room bed was okay. Nothing visible to the eye. The tv had. I cord and the remote was an empty shell. I could not get my refund back. Well not stay here again.

Got three rooms and first off one of the rooms had poop in the toilet then the next two tv not working asked the front office that tvs didnt work said they were going to send someone to check them out and no one did then one of the beds was broken and found a roach crawling on the floor and soaps where open and shampoo bottles almost empty. Do not recommend this hotel rather spend a little more money and feel safe and be somewhere else cleaner.

Blood stains on sheets. Nasty pillows and pillow cases. Wornout linens. Homeless people digging through trash. 4 lamps in room...2 did not have light bulbs. Refrigerator was rusty and nasty...with an awful smell. Microwave was not clean. The staff offered a room on the first floor stating the lock did not work...but said it was "safe". Cockroaches was seen around the sick...no...just mo...don't stay there.

Go some where else and save the disappointment

To begin with the shower was filthy it had dirt and gravel in the bottom and other peoples hairs . The night stands had spots where something had been spilt on them and were never cleaned. The chairs in the room had stains on them . Then to top it off the sheets had stains on them so we went and bought some cheap blankets to sleep on top of and when we trie to go to sleep the people on the top floor above us where jumping around and banging on things so we called the front desk and they said they would do something about it but the racket never stopped. Everything was a disaster

The sheets were not washed, the bathrooms were not cleaned, and the floors were disgusting. My entire party slept on top of the bedcovers in both of our rooms because we did not feel safe sleeping under the covers. One of the beds in my room had fresh pizza stains on the sheet and every bed had old unidentified stains all over the comforters. There was a men’s shoe hanging from the shower curtain rod in my bathroom, and burn marks on the comforter and ceiling as though someone had put out a cigarette there. The walls were also paper thin so you could hear your neighbors coming and going and traffic that passed by all night. If they cleaned it up it would not be bad, but right now I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Mandarin my name and my family's name for his refu

My stay was terrible oh the guy slender to my name and says he had to give a refund twice or five times yesterday because of my truck and because of the homeless people that hang around his property I have talked to a lawyer this morning and I am very very carefully sorry for this but the thing of it is he made me wait seven and a half hours before I could check in to talk to him after paying for my room online through y'all and then he tells me all of this that it's my fault and all this stuff that he had to give a refund when his rooms are nasty dirty not clean when I take into my room at 7:00 last night I had to clean it went to the office several times to get my towels and toilet paper which nobody answered the doorbell or came to the window I am very tired of this place I have paid a lot of money at this place for my family and I've had too many bad experience I need my money back with this I tell you I'm sorry but if I am not refunded I will tell my lawyers to proceed in the lawsuit at the econo Lodge of slandering my name thank you, again and again I rented it again last night after my week's day that I paid for I put it in my old man's name which is William Mondey and he is the one that check in last night I need to be refunded of this or but I also need to talk to somebody about this thank you

Clean room but outside of that not so good

Room was clean. However needs update and repair. Stairs need cleaning. Lobby was locked, had to check in and out through window. Surrounding wasn't very inviting.
