I’d like the fact it’s convenient to where our purpose of checking in. Clean room except no supplies for shower, it’s ok it’s only one night stayed, staff are amazing, breakfast is excellent, best of all free parking and safe. That’s the fourth time we stayed in Hotel Fini. Thank you for make it happen to our senior company one 90 and my husband turning 84. Keep a great job .

The hotel is 600 m from Piazza Forgione, a bus station surrounded by shops that sell typical products like pasta, cookies, souvenirs, etc. This is very close to the Sanctuary. Breakfast is abundant and it's served in a comfortable dining room. They have coffee and juice machines, so you can help yourself as much as you want. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For example, I had to do laundry, so Giuseppe went out of his way to contact a laundromat and arrange for them to pick up and drop off my clothes. I also enjoyed talking with Costanza, one of the cleaning ladies. Speaking Italian helps a lot, so learn some before you travel to Italy and enjoy the culture.

Easy to find hotel near town centre and other facilities. Our room was large, quiet and had good aircon and fridge. Small gripe no room info, wifi code, safe instructions but all available from reception

The hotel was far from the shrine a long walk but the worst thing is the staff and their rudeness to think this area is suppose to be a pilgrimage area. There is only one staff, young man who understands english and is patient and nice to guests. The rest of the staff wont even bother to greet you or try to understand what you are saying and some even rude.
