The room was not as shown in the listing. It was much smaller with very little room to maneuver around the bed. The balcony was a terrace which was largely taken up by the base of a metal staircase for guests to access the next floor from the outside of the hotel. The room was not well cared for, with the fridge beside the bed instead of under the desk, the bedside table on the other side of the bed askew. The fridge was noisy during the night. Soap and shampoo packages were provided but seemed to have been tossed in a heap on a shelf in the bathroom. Some issues with cleanliness. The attendant at reception was not concerned about the issues raised and was overall not welcoming or attentive. Sadly we did not enjoy our stay. Cannot recommend.

Conforto e bom atendimento

Ariaé foi uma grata supresa! Na chegada fui muito bem recebida pelo Lázaro, e o ótimo atendimento se estendeu nos demais dias pela Rossela! O quarto segue o mesmo que apresentado nas fotos, colchão confortável, decoração moderna, roupa de cama e toalhas limpíssimas, café da manhã básico, porém é suficiente para sair para peregrinação. Inclusive dispõe de frutas. O hotel fica bem próximo do santuário Santa Maria das Graças. Como eu estava de carro chegava bem rápido, cerca de 2 minutos. O hotel oferece um grande estacionamento gratuito dentro do hotel. Super silencioso sendo uma ótima opção para se hospedar em San Giovanni Rotondo. O restaurante para almoço ou jantar fica no Hotel Palace, que é do mesmo grupo e fica em frente. Vale a pena pelas acomodações, proximidade do santuário, pelo atendimento!

La struttura è bella ed accogliente, il personale è la proprietà di una cortesia esclusiva, attenti ad ogni esigenza. La cucina è stata molto buona, ottima qualità di cibo e buon assortimento di vino. Le camere un po' troppo piccole, sicuramente curate e pulite oltre che fornite di ogni comfort. Se tornerò a San Giovanni Rotondo, prenoterò sicuramente in questo hotel.
