All went well, and I was given a quiet room, just what I needed. I liked being easily able to turn off/on the heating/AC. Breakfast is minimal as there are only minimal staff, keeping costs low - a better breakfast can be had for cost at the airport which I think I'll do next time. Thank you for a decent place to stay.

We have been staying here for over 20 years..when we park and flew out; or just for an overnight between hawaii and mainland flights. They make things so much easier!

The breakfast was good. The queen room assigned to me is aweful. The bathroom sink/faucet is very small. When you open the tap, water spills all over the top. I had to use towel to hold the water from spilling all over my toiletries. The sink is not flowing properly, shower head is very small. The whole bathroom is uncomfortable.

I had to stay close to San Francisco Airport for 2 guest leaving at diferente times. This was a great option, distance to Airport short, included breakfast and shuttle to airport. It can use updates but it's well kept. Parking was full but found a spot.

Loved the beautiful Waterfall feature in the lobby! I have an expensive car and I felt safe to park it there - The 4th floor where I stayed was quiet and the room was nice.

Stayed here night of 3/13 and we had a great experience the hotel let us borrow 2 cribs for our twin ten month olds and they had clean sheets for them. Breakfast was not bad & they had bbq in the afternoon a bit after we checked in. Their kitchen is being renovated they did mention that if it was open definitely would be better. Me and my partner are planning on staying here again.!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is very outdated and unfortunately the word dumpy comes to mind. The room was clean but the old carpeting and furniture did not impress. I wish they would provide at least one complementary bottle of water. I had to spend $2.50 on a water from a vending machine. On a positive note, the staff were very kind.

Thank you for your comments. Sorry you felt the hotel was dumpy. We do have bottled water for our elite rewards members. However, if any guest asks for a bottle of water, they will receive.

A nice, neat clean hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast and very reasonable price. Our only disappointment was that the airport shuttle wasn't operating during the hours we needed to get to the airport.

Breakfast was awful - cold (like frozen) eggs. Coffee machine didn’t work. Yogurt machine was empty. Won’t stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you won't stay here again. Surprised to hear the breakfast was awful. We actually have one of the larger complimentary Buffet breakfasts in the area. Little confused that the eggs are like frozen. They are prepared fresh every morning and then placed in the warmer. The coffee machine works fine, and the yogurt machine was empty, because some days we have the individual yogurts.

Outdated and room could be cleaner. Elevators and hallways need to be cleaned. Window in the room was broken, carpet was old and dirty. Advertised as a room for 4, but the beds are not much bigger than twins.

If you are not a loyalty program member, stay away! They gave me a room that can only be likened to a broom closet! The Aircon didn’t work properly, they moved me to another room where the aircon didn’t work at all and finally, after literally having to shout at the front desk, I got a decent room. Some staff was very good, others were downright rude.

I checked in on 2/13/24 I was Greeted but an exceptional staff that was more than staff but made you feel as if you never left the Hospital THe Names that I can recall, Clair ( front desk ) and also ( L.J.) front desk will be able to make anyone question if they ever want to leave the heaven they have entered while staying at this BW Location

침대 사이에 있는 협탁 서랍억 저번 이용객들이 사용한 코푼 휴지가 가득했고, 히터가 고장난곳으로 방을 배치해서 결국 피곤한 몸을 이끌고 방을 바꿨어요. 다시는 이용안합니다. 아침도 와플 반죽도 빨리 채우지 않아 아이들은 먹을만한게 없어요. 딱 비지니스 호텔이하.

Bad experience and not first time
Toilet not working. Change the room at 12 midnight really bad experience. The hotel is Not in good condition

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry your toilet was not working. I understand the inconvenience of having to move, as we do not have maintenance on staff at that time. Happy to hear our sales manager issued extra rewards points for the issue. Not sure why you think the hotel is not in good condition.

Spacious and clean rooms, perfect for a family or even just friends staying together. Great location with a short ride to Disney parks. Love the warm cookies at check in.
