All of the staff are friendly and kind. We requested for clothes iron and they provided it with the board. The room is also clean. The location is along the highway so it's accessible.
The hotel only has the basic amenities like TV and Air-con. They have a small restaurant area at the ground floor. The staff were very friendly though. Also, there was an incident in which the heater was not working so we had to call it in.

No telephone.
Low water pressure.
Rain shower calcified.
Good room service breakfast.
Courteous staff.
The room was tidy, cozy, and roomy. The bed provided a decent level of comfort. Conveniently, the hotel is situated near dining and shopping venues. The slight issue encountered was the hotel's restaurant running low on many menu items; however, the server helpfully suggested an excellent restaurant nearby. The room, though somewhat austere, lacked chairs, a dresser, or a place to hang clothes. Overall, I would rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars.
Very basic and only good for transient travellers to spend a few hours of rest. no frills no bottled water, no coffee machine, no clothes hanger and no hot water. There are plenty of parking space on a positive side. It is just weird that you have to ask assistance from receptionist to operate the lift :)
I actually booked the wrong dates and they switched the days for me. The front desk lady was very helpful. The room was clean, fully stocked with shower/bath stuff. No pest issues, all good. It has a restaurant and bar downstairs and another restaurant that actually had some of the best pizza I have had in the Philippines in the last 2 years of being here. The bar downstairs is also open 24/7 in case you get in late and want a late night beverage.

All over stay were just okay & good. Air condition, all good. Staff are very accommodating and assistive. They must need to check on the hot shower for two nights stay there’s none. Calcified hot shower fixtures. No complimentary bottled water at least. Bathroom has no exhaust fan, bidet is out of place. For better improvement and service.
For a new hotel, there was a problem with the water supply. Can’t flush toilet on our first night until the morning…. That is why i gave a low rating. The friendly staffs were apologetic but it caused s a lot of inconvenience.
Location is good… accessible to everything

Room is fairly good and clean but washroom has no exhaust fan, does not meet the barrier free standard. Glass panel partition between shower and WC is a poor design. After shower , the other side is already flooded. Using poly carbonate sliding shower door is a lot cheaper than glass panel.
BIGGEST DRAWBACK IS YOU NEED THE FRONT DESK GIRL TO CARD YOU UP TO YOUR ROOM. Meaning each time you want to up to your room, the front desk girl has to accompany you up to the elevator to tap her card to let you up. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE THEIR OWN TAP CARD TO GO UP ELEVATOR. WHO DOES THAT? Main Road could be a little noisy in the morning. The staff need better training and to be more professional - including how to answer the phone or speaking to clients/guests. THIS HOTEL IS NOT ACCREDITED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM - hence why their staff are not as professional and get away with terrible service. The hotel is clean and new which is nice and the location is decent but it is on the main road.
A modern construction building opened 2023 and positioned near the Robinsons' La Union mall and right on the main highway. Ample parking at rear of hotel. However, rooms are austere and basically only for sleep. No hot water in the ensuite shower ("maintenance required" they said, but my view - based on older reviews - is that they just switched it off) and no floor towels, so floor is very slippery. Rooms have no chairs or even hanging space for clothes, nor irons or hair dryers etc. A/c was just about adequate. TV reception was poor analog, with only a few channels watchable. Door to my room had to be 'forced' open and shut due to thermal expansion of the wood. Overall this hotel could be great, but currently it feels like they ran out of money and opened anyway. Nevertheless, it's functional, feels safe, and if you pay US$38 a night or less, it's ok for value for a one night stop-over. But this hotel could be so much more with some attention to customer requirements.
At check-in, there was an issue with the room I was first assigned, but the staff kindly arranged a room change right away. The second room also had a problem, and they promptly moved me again without any hassle. I really appreciated their help. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming.
