"Everything is perfect "

"When we got there I quickly understood it was not a traditional hotel. It had no lobby, or someone that can help you with any issues. The “hotel” connect with residential apartments. We found an infestation of ants and the number we called did not help, they refused to give us another room, they offered bug spray. Thermostat started malfunctioning and it got hot at night"

The shower reminded me of a locker room shower, as well as the sinks. Besides what I mentioned just being unexpected, the bed was comfy, the...

"No way to describe the horrific experience we had checking in when we arrived. Had no idea there would be no front desk or direct contact with a human."
