"This was my second stay at this hotel, and the only reason why I stayed here was because the close proximity to the harbor and the event I was supposed to be attending for 2 consecutive days. I was first checked into a room and I noticed the air conditioning wasn't working, and once I complained, they transferred me to another room and since it was already late at night, I did not notice until early morning next day that the plumbing of the second rom also wasn't working. neither the hand sink or the bathtub was draining. Once I called the reception to complain again, I was instead of receiving a comforting response, I got a response from the receptionist saying - what would you like us to do. Then finally they sent a plumber and got that issue resolved, and later I decided to get some ice from the cooler, and noticed the ice machine was also not working I had to go to another floor to get ice. At checkout once I reiterated my whole stay experience I was told the hotel offered me only $50 of credit for the whole headache and time wastage I had to go through. Overall my first stay was pleasant, but this second one. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time. Although one plus point I would give is the hotel has balcony facing the bay view, which a lot of hotel don't offer, which gives Wyndham a upper hand. The hotel needs through inspection of all rooms, if not am upgrade. "

"Seven Seas is a wonderful place and priced well. It has a cool mid century vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable… close to Hillcrest the Zoo or beaches. There’s a restaurant on property and the staff is always friendly and accommodating."

"The booking site said two parking spaces available, for our room. It also said valet was $68. When I arrived and asked about the parking they said 68 for valet, I said where is self parking? There is NO self parking valet only! Which isn’t stated. There is no refrigerator ! I was also charged $10 a week after I left. I did check out and there was no charge, the a $10 charge after the $200 deposit dropped off"

"Great for the price. Room was clean. Loved the small cafe/kitchen type eating place down where we could enjoy our breakfast and dinners especially with little kids rather than eating in the rooms. Great location and good value for money."

"Perfect little get away! Close to zoo as well As beach and nice spot on the marina. Paul the bartender at the pool bar was top notch! Lanai room was just great for our family get away. "

"Breakfast was great, mix of eggs and meat with options like waffle machine or oatmeal. Staff was very helpful and great. 1st roomed had a bathroom door issue but was immediately moved with no issues or questions. I did not know the parking charge until after I booked the room."
