Top San Diego Hotel Reviews

Best Western Seven Seas
4/10 Poor
"Found bugs"

Lafayette Hotel & Club
8/10 Good
"This is a very unique property that does many things well, but still has room for some improvements. Pros: Incredible interior design. Every space is beautifully done, very unique with high end finishes and makes you feel like you’ve gone back in time. Food and drinks are delicious at all spots. Staff is very kind and as helpful. Valet parking was easy and they got our car relatively fast even during busy times Lively atmosphere (also a con) Cons: 1st one is us specifically, I don’t know what went wrong but we booked a balcony room poolside but they gave us a ground level poolside. This is technically an upgrade monetarily, but to us it kind of put a damper to the stay. I specifically booked a balcony because I wanted to be close to the action but still be able to remove myself. Our room was in the corner and people kept seating in our outdoor seating, one point we were asleep and there were people sitting and drinking/laughing on our seats. I didn’t want to constantly have to ask people to move so most of the time we just let them be. Staff tried to change our room but none were available. The noise is the big con. I knew this was a party hotel going in but I didn’t think it would be that loud in the rooms. Music blasting from the hotel until 2am and then the room above us starting blasting music from 6am. So no sleep Saturday night. You could feel it in your bones. Come during the weekday for chill vibes. Weekend if you don’t mind noise!"

Sheraton San Diego Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Special thanks to guest services staff Michael and Robert during our stay for making everything just right!"

Best Western Inn & Suites San Diego – Zoo/SeaWorld Area
10/10 Excellent
"The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. We were on the second floor and it shouldn't of been so low. The breakfast is very nice and lots to choose from! The jacuzzi was nice and clean and perfect for a day after going to SeaWorld. CON: parking is $26 a day and wish we would of used the street parking. Such a ridiculous charge when you're paying to stay there!"

The DEXTRO Little Italy, BW Premier Collection
2/10 Terrible
"If I could rate this hotel zero stars I would. There’s no way it should be considered a premier hotel. For starters there was only one working elevator for a 14 floor building so many people like myself had to use the stairs because when the elevator would finally come to you it would be full. I was on the 6th floor and it was very inconvenient to have to go up and down every time to get to my room. The room looked like they shined up a turd, there was nothing nice about it. It smelled like someone had smoked in it before and you could hear everything through the walls and outside. It sounded like the window was open it was so loud during the night. The staff were not helpful or friendly and the pool looked like something from a motel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially considering it was 180$ a night."
