"The property was beautiful- very well kept- felt tropical. Location was good- only 15 minutes from town. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was clean (not lots of deck chairs) Felt a little dated- but excellent value and the rooms were very clean with fridge, microwave and stove burners. Definitely would recommend and would stay there again in the future."

"We booked a Bay View room and all we can see is a Palm Tree.... do not book room 209 unless you want to b just see a palm tree for extra money "

"The room did not meet expectations, especially considering the resort fee we were required to pay. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, particularly in the early morning when we were trying to sleep in. I would have expected better soundproofing, as found in many other hotels, but that was not the case here. The room was also not very functional—there was only one chair, and the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. Additionally, the amenities felt lacking given the added cost of the resort fee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family."

"Why is there a $17.65 amenities fee, when the front desk could not even explain what amenities was available. There were no complimentary water in the room, there were bottles of wine and coffee but no note whether these were a charge. Some toiletries were not replenish the second day. The street noise was quite audible. The room doors did not have a secondary latch for security."

"I do not think we are the intended audience for this hotel, which is on me!! Seems excellent for families, we were on a girls trip. Highlights: seal rescue, morning coffee truck, easy beach access, staff was fantastic and very helpful! Hot tub was nice and clean! Improvements: we had a parking lot facing room so minimal time on our patio, our lamp between beds was difficult to get on and then eventually didn’t work when we returned to our room the last night, the outlets are very strangely spaced and were inaccessible for one of the beds which was inconvenient. "
