In addition, please note that we utilize a professional elevator service that services and maintains our elevator on a regular basis to ensure it is safely operating in optimal condition. We are glad you were able to quickly exit the elevator within minutes by simply pulling and returning the emergency stopper to its regular position, which may have been accidentally pushed. However, just to verify, following your stay we had our elevator re-serviced by a technician and it was confirmed to be operational.
