I found my experience to be average, rating it a 7 out of 10. While the location was convenient and the overall stay was acceptable, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations. Facilities Update Needed:The hotel facilities are showing signs of age and could benefit from a renovation or update. could use modernization. Staff Solutions: overall they were nice. However Their responses felt indifferent.I told the internet was working and they did nothing. It was on and off all time Breakfast Needs Improvement: The variety and quality of the food could be improvides. Overall, while my stay was okay, these areas for improvement leave me feeling hesitant to return. I hope the hotel considers these suggestions to enhance the overall guest experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They addressed every question with knowledge and excellent service. Augustina and German were particularly helpful with suggestions for outings and electronic connections in our room. I would definitely return for another visit.

La piscina y la vista
Lo positivo: - SPA: Piscina climatizada a buena temperatura, grande y limpia. Buen sauna húmedo. - Habitación: Buena vista de habitación al lago. Vino de cortesía. Muy calurosa. - Servicio: Verónica y Lorena en el desayuno muy amables, le hacían gracias a mi bebé, un agrado. Nos dejaron check out hasta las 12 para que mi bebé durmiese la siesta, se agradece mucho ! Nos guardaron maletas por un par de horas para ir a almorzar post check out. A mejorar: - SPA: sauna seco no estaba a temperatura ninguno de los 3 días que fui en la mañana. Ducha escocesa no funcionaba bien la que probé. - Habitación: Jacuzzi y ducha tenía zonas gastadas, por reparar. Sucio bajo cama. Servicio: Pedí cuna para mi bebé cuando agendé hotel y al llegar al check in pregunté por ella y la chica me dijo "sí, ya está ahí". No estaba ni estuvo... Pedí al agendar a hotel si era posible pieza con jacuzzi que tuviese vista con amplias ventanas a naturaleza, esas fotos me hicieron optar por habitación grande. Les pedí que no fuese justamente el que tenía las ventanas más pequeñas casi sin vista. Al llegar, ese fue el que nos dieron.... o sea, no revisan las solicitudes o necesidades de huéspedes. En check in pregunté por internet y horarios de algunas cosas y me dicen "todo está en link que te enviaremos..." no cuesta nada dar la info que se pide, sin hacerte perder tiempo en revisar todo... Nos dijeron spa era de 11 a 22, y en spa luego nos dicen era de 10 a 21.

Estimada Mónica, agradecidos de haber recibido a usted, a su esposo y a su bebé en nuestro hotel, además de haber constatado que nuestro servicio de piscina climatizada y Spa fue de su completo agrado. Así mismo, como le fue indicado al realizar el check in todos los horarios y servicios del hotel, a través de nuestro personal de Front sin excepción. Atendiendo a su solicitud de una suite en particular, aclaramos mismo al realizar la reserva que la asignación de las mismas se realiza en base a la disponibilidad a la hora de realizar el ingreso al hotel. Por ultimo, y con mayor atención respecto de la colocación de la cuna, lamentamos que no haya estado la cuna en su habitación y lamentamos mucho más aun, que no lo haya indicado a nuestro personal de Front una vez mas luego de ingresar a la habitación. Ok. Room had limited lake view. A bit of nickel and diming. One night free fireplace use regardless of the number of nights stayed. Ran us down to our car for the 3 cent plastic key.

La verdad que cuando se ofrecen servicios y no se cumplen , es mejor no ofrecerlos.. sobretodo la falta de temperatura acorde a la de la estacion del agua de la piscina. No solo hace imposible su disfrute sino que mal humora a quien paga por este servicio y por el cual optó por este Hotel.Me defraudo realmente.. más que en el primer día de la estadía le hice el reclamo correspondiente y prometieron solucionarlo. NO EXISTE en el mundo un SPA con piscina interior / exterior con agua fria!!! Por otra parte se notó al personal cansado , mal humorado ( limpieza y desayuno ) con poca actitud de servicio , argumentando la altura de la temporada???? Uno opta y paga para recibir lo que se ofrece y si no cierran el complejo para descansar o arreglar con su personal , NO ES el turista quien tiene que pagar este precio!!!! DE NINGUNA MANERA !!!Dejo comentario positivo para los funcionarios de recepción , quienes se mostraron cordiales y atentos ( como debe ser , simplemente). Una pena , porque yo me aloje hace unos 20 años en este complejo y me cambió totalmente mi perspectiva del mismo. Esperaba una mejora o un correcto servicio , NO ALCANZA con belleza natural o edilicia ( aún que se noten los años ) porque se cobra por lo que no cumple en su oferta!!!!

On a beautiful part of the lake. Only 15 minutes by car or taxi to skiing. Restaurant served wonderful food. People were so nice. Hotel on a hill. So if you want the rooms with the best view, you will need to walk uphill. Staff very helpful to carry your luggage.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We took advantage of the spa and the restaurant, eating lunch and dinner on site once and spending time in the hot (warm) tub and getting massages. It was all really fantastic. Literally the only negative I can say is that spa facilities seem a bit worn down and like they need to be updated, particularly the hot tub that was not really hot.

While the junior suites have a jacuzzi in the room, it is inconvenient to climb into the jacuzzi in order to have just a shower. and the floor ends up wet and slippery.

We stayed in two different areas of the property. One had elevator access which greatly assisted us, the other didn't. This makes it very difficult for older, or disabled individuals

Great hotel, the best part is the view! It’s stunning! The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is pretty comfortable too, but the pool could be bigger, it’s a bit crowded, I wish the breakfast area was bigger and with more options of healthy food, and I wish they would offer late check in.

Um dos melhores hotéis de Bariloche
Nossa estadia foi incrível! O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, atendimento impecável. O quarto era perfeito, tinha piso aquecido no banheiro, aquecedor de toalhas, banheira de hidromassagem. Sempre muito limpo e cheiroso. O café da tarde tem um croissant de salmão defumado muito bom. O restaurante tem um Ocho de bife muito bom, foi a melhor carne que comemos em Bariloche. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes.

O hotel é espetacular. Logo quando cheguei, por ser status Gold, fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de vinho e uma sobremesa. O quarto é muito aconchegante, a vista para o lago é de tirar o folêgo, funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Tudo 100%! A localização é no km 7 da Av Bustillo, para o centro é preciso taxi ou remis (média de 800 pesos). Amamos demais!

The hotel is nice and cozy, the place where the hotel is located is very nice, the hotel food is acceptable, the service in general is good, only that the room they gave us was very far from the reception and when we arrived they did not take us bags to the room and had to carry it up a steep incline.

Luxurious stay
The hotel was excellent, the front desk service communicate with you via WhatsApp if you want and you can ask and order everything from there, from table reservations at restaurants to tour bookings and changes in your requests at the hotel. Specially Mario was super helpful and willing to solve immediately every matter that we put in his hands. Breakfast was good, it had a correct selection of salty and sweet stuff. I would have liked that the personnel would be more strict with people that weren’t wearing masks. Also several cups were cracked, it’s a bit of nitpicking but a 4atras hotel cannot miss these details. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean, the view to the lake was super good and the room service excellent, they were offering chromecast devices in case you wanted to stream smth to the tv. One down side was the fridge was empty, I would guess they would refill it with whatever you ask but would have been nice to have it filled already. Also, the fridge was making a terrible noise when starting so in the middle of the night it was a bit annoying.

Fue muy lindo, pero tenia sus detalles
La verdad que la ubicacion y la vista del hotel estan muy, muy bien. Cuando llegamos, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitacion mejor, y estaba muy bonita. Era como un pequeño departamento. La atencion fue muy buena, y el desayuno era muy rico. El unico inconveniente que tuvimos fue el calor de la habitacion. El termostato lo habiamos puesto al minimo, y aun asi hacia demasiado calor. Fuimos a pedir que lo bajaran, y cuando volvimos de estar todo el dia afuera seguia haciendo demasiado calor. Algunas de las cortinas estaban trabadas y no se podian mover. El baño tiene una de esas pantallas de vidrio que solo tapan el 40%, por lo que agua siempre se caia al piso. Y la ducha era muy baja para mi (1.86). Por el tema del calor, era insoportable estar en el baño

Hola Francisco, nos alegramos muchisimo de que le haya gustado Nido del Condor. Cada dia nos esforzamos para que nuestros huespedes disfruten y se sientan realmente tan cómodos como en su casa. Lamento muchisimo el problema del calor ... justamente ahora, con el Hotel cerrado, pudimos solucionar en forma definitiva este problema. Esperamos que nos vuelvan a visitar pronto. Hay detalles importantes que faltan, como por ejemplo que la escalera de la cabaña no tiene pasamanos, lo cual la hace bastante peligrosa. En general, estamos conformes. La vista es hermosa

Hola Celia, nos alegra mucho que les haya gustado el Hotel, lamento mucho que se haya sentido incomoda en la Cabaña... pero no comprendo el tema del pasamanos que menciona, ya que sí lo tiene, de madera de ciprés muy bien tallado, salvo en un solo escalon ... de cualquier modo, trasladaré esta inquietud al Jefe de Operaciones para que le de una solución.
