"Hotel mag wel een update gebruiken en een beetje gezellig aankleden. Kamers waren schoon maar zeer verouderd. Bubbelbad werkte niet, nachtlampje werkte niet. Ontbijt goed. Varazze een mooie plek om een aantal dagen te verblijven. Wij zouden niet meer voor dit hotel kiezen."

"Personalmente credo che come hotel 4 stelle non se le meriti sia per la camera molto scadente che mi è stata data che per il servizio,senza contare la colazione che era molto povera vista la località turistica. Sarebbe il caso per loro di aggiungere qualcosina alla colazione oppure di sostituire il surgelato, detto ciò la mia è solo una umile opinione e spero venga considerata costruttiva perche purtroppo gli albergatori in Italia stanno andando verso il declino per colpa di queste strutture...

"Hotel stupendo al centro del porto Antico di Genova, posizione meravigliosa a due passi dal centro storico. Personale gentile e professionale. Unica nota: quando sono arrivato ho chiesto del parcheggio e mi hanno detto che era a disposizione dei clienti sia quello esterno che quello interno, al momento del chekout mi hanno comunicato che era a pagamento (25 euro day), per correttezza sarebbe da dire subito, da come mi era stato proposto sembrava gratuito."

"Sehr schönes Zimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit sehr schöner und großzügiger Terasse. Varazze ist ein sehr schöner und noch ursprünglicher Ort der ligurischen Adria. Die Lage des Apartments am Ortseingang mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und zum Lungomare Europa optimal. Durch die Hauptstraße besteht am Tage ordentlich Verkehrslärm, der aber in der Nacht nicht stört. Das Zimmer, Bad und die Terasse waren sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, was man leider vom Geschirr und Besteck gar nicht aegen kann. In...

Well located and clean Thanks for a great stay Only issue is check in which was difficult as it wasn’t easy to get access to the building or communicate with host until we had exchanged WhatsApp information post check in. I Knew this would be an issue based on other reviews but this is the only downside but once you have the keys- flawless."

"Ich hatte Zimmer 516, Lage des Hotels direkt am Hafen mit herrlichem Blick in den Hafen, moderne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Restaurant, Problem: Kaum öffentliche Parkplätze und der gebuchte Parkplatz war leider recht weit weg - es gibt zwar auch auch Parkhaus direkt im Hotel, aber ich hatte leider keinen Platz dort sondern hunderte Meter entfernt auf einem abgesperrten Platz. Nicht optimal mit Gepäck etc."

"The hotels is only a 5 minute walk from the station and 15 min walk from the historic center. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. There is an elevator!"

"Very convenient location. 5-10 minute walk to the park or the old town. The old town was very enjoyable Parking at the hotel cost 15 euro and was good. Breakfast was very good. Our room overlooked the sea and promenade. One problem was the air conditioning barely worked at all in our room. Fortunately we could open the windows and get some air."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...
