No one was available for at least 15-20 mins at the front desk by the time we arrived. Another customer we’re also trying to check in and it looks like they are having issues with the booking. There is only 1 available person in the whole hotel. By the time we arrived to the room. I immediately noticed that the room was just straightened but it wasn’t cleaned!
THERE WERE CHIPOTLE FOOD IN TJE FRIDGE, A DIRTY TOWEL HANGING IN THE BATHROOM, SOAPS WERE NOT REPLENISHED, THE LIGHT IN THE SHOWER AND NIGHT STAND WERE BUSTED AND THE BATHROOM WASN’T WIPED DOWN AS THERE WERE SEVERAL HAIR IN THE SHOWER!
THE MOST DISGUSTING PART WAS THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT REPLACED FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST! THERE WERE HAIRS EVERYWHERE!
I did not expect this from a Hilton hotel but this feels like a ran down motel!
LET ME ADD THAT THERE’S A SMELLY SKUNK SMELL IN THE ELEVATOR!
When I called front desk, she was able to send somebody who gave new sheets but I had to replace them myself! The guys was nice to remove the chipotle take out from the fridge and replenished the soaps and shampoo.
When I asked to change the room, they couldn’t or wouldn’t and was told that they were sold out! The parking lot wasn’t even full! If it wasn’t too late and I have my 1 y/o baby, we could’ve moved out and find a different hotel.
