Overall a great hotel. It was clean and I especially liked that the rooms weren’t carpeted. Close to many things in the area. I have family in the area and I’d definitely stay here again-especially for the price.

Clean and new -- hard flooring was really nice but it did make it louder with the neighbors above but it wasn't awful. Had a breakfast that was included, foozball and another game in the lobby.

Nice, Nice, Nice
This was a very nice hotel and the room was super nice. We found it very comfortable and pleasant. Now I will say that we drove past the turn in, because it looks like the area is still developing. There are a good choice of eating places, however, if you go across the street, you can’t just drive back into the hotel easily. Other than that no complaints. Staff was super helpful. Ready to assist.

It is a really nice hotel with a great breakfast served. My ONLY big issue with our latest stay was that we did not have warm or hot water to our room - had the water run for easly 7-10 min but ended up having to take a COLD shower - and I hate COLD showers! The staff apologized but sadly that did not fix the cold shower issue. The shower as well as the sink/basin in the bathroom did not have hot or even luke warm water - sadly and for that reason I will not go stay there again. Funny how it is, you per accidentally break something, they make you pay (they take a security deposit) but IF their stuff does not work and you have to take a cold shower early in the morning, it's tuff-luck for you - no discount for the inconvenience!

One Night Stay For An Event
My trip was from Houston to San Antonio for an event. In one day and out the next. The hotel was very clean and the room was also clean, neat, and comfortable. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definetly stay here again.

Fabulous stay. Clean and comfy. Super friendly staff. They go the extra mile on service which is a rare treat these days. Great breakfast too!

Amazing and welcoming staff. However, the. Second day they started fixing the alarm system and it was going on and off from 4am and didn’t stop until 12am. Disrupted my sleep since I had to travel the next day.

We love this hotel!
We have stayed here several times when we come to San Antonio to visit our daughter and family. It is consistently clean, the staff is consistently friendly and efficient, and the breakfasts are consistently full of variety and great taste.

Not fit for families
Staff was super helpful, property was new, clean and modern. There is no pool. The rooms are too small and without adequate storage for our party of four. There was no were to unpack the bags (dresser, large closet) and not enough space to lay out two suitcases. I’d recommend this hotel for business travelers or a couple, but this isn’t the right hotel for families.

Our stay was wonderful as usual. DreamMore really does cover all the bases for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They also were able to accommodate a request made last minute.

POOR HOUSEKEEPING & SMELLY ELEVATOR
No one was available for at least 15-20 mins at the front desk by the time we arrived. Another customer we’re also trying to check in and it looks like they are having issues with the booking. There is only 1 available person in the whole hotel. By the time we arrived to the room. I immediately noticed that the room was just straightened but it wasn’t cleaned! THERE WERE CHIPOTLE FOOD IN TJE FRIDGE, A DIRTY TOWEL HANGING IN THE BATHROOM, SOAPS WERE NOT REPLENISHED, THE LIGHT IN THE SHOWER AND NIGHT STAND WERE BUSTED AND THE BATHROOM WASN’T WIPED DOWN AS THERE WERE SEVERAL HAIR IN THE SHOWER! THE MOST DISGUSTING PART WAS THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT REPLACED FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST! THERE WERE HAIRS EVERYWHERE! I did not expect this from a Hilton hotel but this feels like a ran down motel! LET ME ADD THAT THERE’S A SMELLY SKUNK SMELL IN THE ELEVATOR! When I called front desk, she was able to send somebody who gave new sheets but I had to replace them myself! The guys was nice to remove the chipotle take out from the fridge and replenished the soaps and shampoo. When I asked to change the room, they couldn’t or wouldn’t and was told that they were sold out! The parking lot wasn’t even full! If it wasn’t too late and I have my 1 y/o baby, we could’ve moved out and find a different hotel.

Everything was great. Except the shower. I let it run on the hottest setting for 30 minutes before getting in and it still wasn’t even warm. Had to take a cold shower, it didn’t even start to get warm until I was finished and getting out. Must do better on the water temperature for showering.

Main lobby/first floor was very nice. My only complaint is that the ceilings were paper thin. I have never experienced such terrible overhead noise from the floor above in a hotel ever.
