The room was clean and the primary beds were comfortable but the sofa bed in the suite was old and terribly uncomfortable which was unfortunate for our party who needed to use that. However, If you didn’t need the sofa bed the room was excellent. The staff were excellent and the laundry being free and serviceable was a truly thoughtful/useful amenity which we used regularly during our stay. This is a pet friendly hotel it seems and some of the guests who were pet owners were also a bit nasty and did not mind to allow their animals to relieve themselves on the floor without cleaning up after them. This was disgusting and I admire the staff for quickly and quietly cleaning it up while maintaining their composure. Their either was no Halloween decor or it wasn’t dark/ominous because our young children slept beautifully in this hotel without nightmares or significant sleep disturbances in the night. This helped us sleep well as a consequence and our neighbors because our children were not screaming every time we turned the lights out. We appreciated that the hotel put hospitality and a warm welcoming impression as a first priority over the current dark and unwelcoming decor currently trending in certain establishments in the hospitality sector around Halloween. The breakfast every morning was great and the staff were always willing to refill when something ran out.

The place was clean and staff was friendly. But my daughter and my other daughters boyfriend got bit or something gave them bubbles on the skin and a rash from the hotel. I do not know if it was fleas, bed bugs or something at the hotel but two rooms in different locations and what are the odda of both of them getting it. I was also disappointed in the coffee. As much as I paid that was the first hotel not to have flavored coffee creamers.

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind to my family and me, and the complimentary use of the laundry facilities was a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay.

I like the breakfast there’s a lot of options and the laundry but during our stay, there was a notice that water is not available from 11am to 4pm on our second day so when we came back from Seaworld to our hotel at 11 in the evening, we expected water was available. We were really tired and ready to take a shower before going to bed but the water was still not available because the plumbers were still fixing the broken pipe up to that hour. We were really uncomfortable and when we ask the front desk that evening about what time they will fix it and when should the water comes back, they said they did not know. Overall its 1 star which is supposed to be 3.

From the moment I walked in the staff was super friendly, every single one of them. The room was already ready and we had gotten to town early. They helped us with every question we had or if we needed anything extra no hesitation. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.
