Good accommodation for those on a budget

Good accommodation for the price. Apartment needs redecorating but was clean and warm. Great location with good facilities for families. Pool is good but be warned it is cold. Sauna and steam room lovely.

the property was situated not bad for skiing. the shuttle bus stop is just outside the porperty . the pool was cold and sauna just warm. Also, you need to arranged booking for sauna. The cleanininess of the property is poor, it relies on residens cleaning after the the holliday and it is not relaly a professional cleaning , just a quick clean , unfortunately .... Samoens village was charming really !

This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok.

Bien situé, logement propre et spacieux proche du centre ville à environ 10 min à pied. Calme et près de l'arrêt de bus. Dépot de pain et viennoiseries à l'accueil bien appreciable.

Nice stay - some improvements possible

The residence is located in a nice setting (although it's difficult to find and directions could be clearer, including for those with GPS since it's difficult to find the name of the street). Waking up in the morning we had a lovely view of the waterfall. Bakery delivery in the morning is great or it's a short walk to town to stores and restaurants. Convenient location to ski shuttle. Pool is small but serves the purpose with small kids. Could be better: We did not know that we needed to bring sponge, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, coffee filters. No basic staples in kitchen as in some apartments. Only one small trash bag and one roll of toilet paper (for six people) was provided. Beds are not made unless you pay for the service and you need to strip them before leaving. Our reservation said that 2-level was possible, but we were not given that chance despite extremely low occupancy.

Mögel i badrummet, ingen sandning och saltning som gjorde att vi knappt kom iväg från parkeringen efter en kall natt. Mycket dåligt skött anläggning borde tas bort från er sida. Sämsta lägenhet vi någonsin bott på.

Très bonne résidence

L'appartement était propre et correspondait bien à l'attendu. Petit bémol, couchage dans le salon pas adapté pour 2 ados sinon bon confort pour la literie da s la chambre. L'équipe à l'accueil toujours disponible et agréable, piscine et espace bien être très apprécié. A 10 min à peine à pieds du centre ville. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Positives- good location, nice walk along the river to the grand massif express; well heated, free parking. Negatives- the appartment advertised for 8 people not designed as such (4/8 sleeping slots in rooms with no doors, impossible to rest well), just one toilet for 8 with no ventilation. Very basic kitchen equipment, impossible to eat all 8 at the same time as not enough space. Also, safety issue with heavy wooden cupboard doors left unhinged on arrival, could have easily fallen on one of the children (issue resolved soon after being brought to their attention). To sum up, greedy to advertise this 3 bedroom flat for 8 (usually it means 2 families with children, just one double bed, the rest were bunk beds!) therefore a bad review from our part and would not recommend this property.

Comment laisser un commentaire sur un appartement que l'on a payé et pas profité : suite à double réservation (car nous n'avons jamais reçu de mail de confirmation sur la première réservation de Hotel.com) ... ainsi nous avons du payé 2 logements pour seulement 3 personnes ! Nous n'avons pas eu les clés du logement de Hotel.com mais bien sur nous avons payé le prix fort donc il nous est impossible de laisser un commentaire sur ce logement !

The staff were friendly and helpful .Near the ski bus stop .Able to wait at the residence on the morning of our departure and coffee and tea were provided .We arrived at the property after reception closed and it was dark , the key and a direction map were provided but perhaps if the signs naming the apoartnent buildings were illuminated it would be helpful .
