Clean & comfortable, good customer service, great breakfast (would be easier for budgeting if included in room price). Easy parking at hotel. For myself the only negative was lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel only for one night, when traveling through the Germany.
Hotel is beautiful, clean and looks like it just recently had some renovations done. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely man, he was friendly, spoke English and made the check in process easy.
We stayed in the apartment which was clean and had all the equipment you could need.
Outside restaurant looked lovely and had some event happening but music stoped by 10pm.
Underground parking was a bonus and great...

this hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice now and will return anytime im back in or around on business again. great food from restaurant, nice sauna to relax in, gym also. Buffet breakfast is good also although they need to make toast available I would say as I like my toast. Quiet area outside of town centre and only 5-10 mins from centre. Highly recommend the hotel.

Very well-equipped but some surprising omissions: hangers and surfaces to set things on in the bedroom; corkscrew, scissors, microwave instructions, recycling advice in the kitchen. I would have liked to have been able to contact someone to say that two wall sockets weren't working. Otherwise, comfortable, convenient, warm and handy to have washing machine.
