Thank you very much for stying with us!I am very sorry, that you felt uncomfortable during your stay because of the heat. Since we are an old town hotel, we are not allowed to have an air condition!SInce we are a 3 star hotel, we offer soap, shampoo, body lotion, but no conditioner.But thanks for that. we will consider to offer that as well.Have a nice day,Stefanie
