Your description of our award-winning Salt Spring Ruckle Farm lamb which is our house specialty is a first in the history of Hastings House Country Hotel. Several other guests thoroughly enjoy the lamb and our prawn avocado salad on the same evening with exceptional comments. We also receive daily positive comments about our farm fresh gourmet breakfast and freshly baked muffins and croissants.
