Funcionamiento de la Agencia BRISASOL

La estancia fue buena, pero la agencia no nos proporcionó en las dos semanas el microondas prometido y tampoco pasaron a cambiarnos las sábanas , aunque les avisamos que ya llevabamos una semana y tocaba cambio; el menaje bien, falta un tostador y exprimidor. Una mano de pintura tampoco le vendría mal. Por otra parte es una zona muy tranquila y la piscina es espectacular. A pesar de las carencias, puede que volvamos

Nice Family Apartments

Nice apartment in a very nice complex. Bit of a pain trying to Birsasol office to get the keys. Lots of things not included such as a kettle; iron etc. They are all add-on extras and pricey. We went in early September and the pool was unheated and very cold. No good for for young kids.

Tres déçu par l'hotel et par expédia

Ben grosso modo nous arrivons a l'adresse qui nous a été communiqué par vos services et la pas d'hotel!!!! Uniquement des appartements privés !!!! Je décide d'appeler le numéro que vos services m'ont donné pour joindre l'hotel et réponse au bout d'une vingtaine de minutes enfin !!! Téléguidage vers l'hotel ou la personne au bout du fil mexplique que je dois aller retirer les clefs de l'appartemennt chez eux. Je m'exécute. L'appart que j'ai réservé n'est plus dispo on m'en donne un autre qui ne correspond pas du tout en terme de prestation. Le jour du départ on m'explique que ce n'est pas eux qui gèrent ma réservation et que donc je risque d'etre prélevé deux fois de la note d'hotel. Expédia : je vous appelle demain, je vous considère comme responsable de ce fiasco hotelier de part votre manque de professionalisme avéré puisque apparemment le numéro de téléphone que vous m'avez communiqué pour l'hotel en espagne n'est pas le bon !!! Dans tous les cas, j'attends réparation du préjudice subi, j'ai même fais des photos de l'appartement qui ma été loué afin de faire profiter tous les internautes de votre manque de sérieux dans la sélection de vos partenaires.
