"We had a very lovely 5 nights stay in this hotel. The room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially Carlos. Lots restaurants nearby, walking distance to most attractions. "

"Staff was so kind and attentive. We accidentally left our dnd light on all day when we left and housekeeping was so kind to check on us that night if we needed any towels or anything seeing they couldn’t service the room all day. There was always staff at the front desk available and greeting you with a smile. Staff helped with bags and explaining all the amenities in the room. A very well ran establishment all the servers at breakfast were so attentive remembering what coffee you ordered the day before. The staff is what makes the 5 star experience. Will be recommending to all friends/family that make the trip to Seville."

"We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."

"Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too."
