WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. DREADFUL PLACE,

READ ALL THE REVIEWS - ALL TRUE - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! They have taken over £500 out of my current account and £400 from my credit card account. No explanation, won't take calls. I paid in full and used no services - THEY WON'T TAKE MY CALL OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. these people are dangerously corrupt. Literally, the worst place I have ever stayed in. You have to pay for sheets and towels!!! There is no air con or fans in the huts. The place looks like a POW camp Staff are exceptionally rude & unhelpful.

Lovely holiday

The mobile home we had was 3 bed 2 bathroom and was lovely. Plenty of space for 2 of us. Contemporary in style with its own large open decking 2 loungers and table and chairs indoors and outdoors . We had unit number 10 under the pine trees but plenty of sun on the decking area. A canopy was over some of the decking . The only downside was that the mobile home needed extra cleaning which took me over an hour to do. It came up looking lovely but I think it should have been done by the staff properly before our arrival. The fridge was the worst and floors .Also the inside and outside of the cupboards . Also the outside decking furniture had quite a bit of hardened pidgeon poop over it ,also the decking steps . That being said , an hour out of my holiday time was more than made up by the overall holiday. Ile de re is fantastic for bike riders of all ages , the beaches are great .. we recommend Le bois plage, but there are plenty of others to choose from. We would be happy to go back to the same place to stay but will maybe look into trying different accommodation just because we rarely go the same place twice. I totally recommend it though for anyone , families or couple’s especially.

Des erreurs et la centrale de réservation a fuir.

Bonjour, Plusieurs problèmes pendant le séjour : Pas d’eau chaude le premier jour nous avons dû aller à l’accueil 3 fois pour ce sujet Pas de drap de disponible dans le logement malgré mon paiement préalable Erreur de logement nous avions réservé un mobil home 3 chambres et nous avons eu un 2 chambres.a l’accueil on nous a conseillé d’appeler la centrale de réservation pour avoir le remboursement de la différence. Nous avons donc appelé la centrale après notre séjour. On nous indique que c’est pas possible d’avoir un remboursement, que vous n’avez pas la preuve, la discussion dure et la personne au téléphone glisse à sa collègue je vais m’énerver !!! Mais j’ai entendu !!! Inadmissible. D’après cette personne la direction doit me rappeler, j’y croit pas une seconde. Très déçu, les erreurs arrivent il faut savoir le reconnaître. Le reste du séjour c’est bien déroulé avec un personnel sympa et à l’écoute dans le camping.

Inadmissible séjour

Le camping nous a loger dans un mobilhome en bord de la route de l’entree. Nous avons eu droit des le lendemain matin et ceci jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour aux bruits des travaux de réfection du bitume de la route( la pelleteuse, la machine à enrober, le marteau piqueur, ect ) Personne ne nous avait prévenu. Lorsque nous en avons parlé à la réception, la personne de l’accueil nous a dit que c’était la direction qui avait géré la date des travaux, qu’il ne pouvait pas nous mettre dans un autre mobilhome alors que le camping n’était pas complet. Donc séjour pas fait dans le calme. Nous avons eu aussi du mal avec la télévision malgré la bonne volonté de l’homme d’entretien.

Short break on Isle de Re.

The site is extremely nice, well laid out other than the mobiles being a little closer than one would wish. Lovely pool, great restaurant with reasonably priced menu. The nearby beach is rather rugged, great for surfing & the nearest town is approximately 25 minutes walk away. All in all it suited us very nicely.
