They help with reservations and arrange everything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is walkable to all the shops, marina and restaurants. They will arrange transportation if you need to go to beach clubs. They work so cohesively togther as co workers, it is truly impressive. Highest recommendation ever for a hotel. We loved it and are already looking forward to a longer stay next year. We appreciated every little detail that made our trip so special. "

"Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom. "
