"Lots of walkable places to grab food. Staff was helpful and friendly. Entrance is a little unique due to it being connected to the mall but overall a nice place for a short stay. "
"The staff was very friendly, we got delayed 8 hours from Turkey and didn’t reach the hotel till 3 am the next day from check in and they were very understanding,
I also forgot medication in the fridge of my room amd they called me 15 mins after I checked out to inform me and I turned around and picked it up highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

Very decent breakfast included as well.
Everything is within five minutes walk and the bus station is within 12 minutes walk.
The only negative is that there is no elevator and you have to walk up to the second floor. This is a minor issue if you don’t have any heavy luggage."
"Had an amazing stay at Nayel Hotel in Durrës! The hotel is exceptionally clean, very peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was also really nice with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality. "
