Beautiful St Palais Sur Mer Hôtel

The most perfectly positioned hotel in St Palais Sur Mer with great staff, lovely rooms and great amenities. The garden is an added bonus with very quick and easy access to the beach and bars & restaurants.

L’hébergement s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. En revanche, je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude une nuit, ce qui m’a empêché de prendre une douche. Un autre point à améliorer concerne la literie, car le lit n’était pas très confortable. Mis à part ces points, le reste était correct : l’établissement est bien situé et l’accueil est agréable.

Trop mal isolé

Personne en arrivant à l accueil, et personne ne repondait au téléphone laissé en arrivant. Accueil ok une fois la personne trouvée en cuisine. Chambre très petite avec un lavabo direction dans la chambre, la salle d eau étant trop petite pour l accueillir. L isolation phonique est une catastrophe. J etais a côté de la cage d escalier. J ai été réveillé par chaque personne qui descendait à partir de 6h15... Le plancher de la chambre du dessus est pas isolé non plus. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour cette raison principalement. Ps : petit déjeuner convenable.

Nous avons pu profiter de l’espace SPA après la plage et baignade bien agréable. Excellent accueil par le personnel à la réception et aussi au service du petit déjeuner, produits de qualité et du fait maison. Seul bémol dans la chambre 3 personnes lavabo dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain et lit une place petit pour un adulte.

We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen. De kamer is klein maar dat wordt gecompenseerd door erg vriendelijk personeel en een leuk terras buiten. Het hotel ligt vlakbij het strand en het centrum. Er is een goede ruimte om fietsen te stallen.

Super bien situé et personnel charmant

Bel établissement et superbement bien situé. Personnel charmant et disponible. L’aménagement de la chambre que nous avions était juste un peu… étrange : douche dans les WC alors que le lavabo miroir était dans la pièce principale cachés derrière une porte glissante. Pas très pratique (surtout en famille). Pour le reste RAS c’était parfait et PDJ recommandé c’était top !

Un peu déçu

Jamais facile de donner un avis mitigé sur un établissement. Mon avis reflète mon impression sur 3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel. D'abord la bâtisse est magnifique et idéalement placée à quelques pas de la mer. La salle commune (qui sert de salle de petit déjeuner et de salon de thé) est remarquablement décorée, lumineuse (grandes baies vitrées): très agréable. L'accueil à notre arrivée était sympathique. Après il y a la chambre: nous avions une chambre triple (car pas de chambre avec lits jumeaux): même si nous n'étions que deux, il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espace car la chambre était petite. La décoration y était très austère (un seul petit tableau pour seule décoration). Ce qui m'a surtout gêné ce sont les sanitaires: WC et douche regroupées dans une minuscule pièce. Et surtout lavabo dans la chambre: pas très intime et si l'on veut se raser ou se laver les dents, on réveille toute la chambrée. J'ai déjà vu ça dans des deux étoiles mais jamais dans des trois étoiles. Si l'on s'en tient au descriptif des chambres, il n'y a pas de salle d'eau. Le petit déjeuner: pas énormément de choix et viennoiseries très moyennes. Quand même pour le prix de 14,50 euros. Au final, ce n'est pas une expérience catastrophique mais je reste un peu déçu car je m'attendais à une prestation du niveau d'un trois étoiles.
