Have used hotels in the Campanile chain before, and this one was well up to standard.. The room was clean comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful Would have no hesitation in using this hotel again

Avoid

We booked the hotel so that we could use the bar and restaurant for our evening meal. We arrived in the dark in the middle of a storm and was told we couldn't use the restaurant/bar as it was booked out for a group booking. They did not advise us of this even though I emailed them, prior to our arrival, to which they did not respond. They could offer us no alternatives for food, nor did they direct us to anywhere nearby. The room was dirty with stains on walls and skirting boards. The toilet bowl was dirty and the bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied. The central heating system didn't work but there was a very antiquated electric heater which we had to use. Breakfast, however, was very nice with lots of choice. There are lots of hotels in the vicinity so in future we will be using one of these.

Not dog friendly as advertised

Advertised as dog friendly however dogs are not allowed in the restaurant so no dinner or breakfast available unless you wanted to be put in a back room and told your dog mustn’t make any noise. Mildew in shower. No refill of milk or coffee unless room cleaning paid for.

France is behind

Check in was adventurous front desk was already closed at 9:30 my reservation number did not work on the self check in there was a kind person staying there that spoke French that help us with commutating with the operator breakfast was not anywhere close to what website has pictured gate stayed open first night second night it was closed didn’t work with combination of room had to call for assistance and again no wash clothes or hand towels and no ice machine what is the deal with no hotels in France having the basic immunities like in the States

Disappointing Stay with Cleanliness and Comfort Is

Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. The room had cobwebs in almost every corner, and as someone allergic to dust mites, the carpet triggered a nasal allergy flare. The pillows were thin, the extra one smelled bad, and the decorative pillows had visible stains. Toiletries were limited to pump hand soap and a combo shampoo-shower gel—no slippers, toothpaste, bar soap, or tissues provided. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with no vegetables or lactose-free milk, making the €14 price unjustified. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

Plutôt bien placé personnel, très sympa, chambre pas très grande mais dans l’ensemble cela va. Par contre elles deviennent au fil des années puisque nous avons l’habitude d’y aller de plus en plus vétustes surtout dans la salle de bain

Ça commence mal dès notre arrivée. Panne générale de la climatisation dans l’hôtel donc dans notre chambre aussi. Une chambre et une salle de bain qui ont vécu. Peur de casser la colonne de douche qui bouge énormément, ou encore la manivelle du volet qui tient encore par miracle. La literie est convenable et le ménage est correct mais globalement cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles. Gros bémol le soir quand on demande à manger à 20 h 20 et qu’on nous répond que ce ne sera pas possible car on n’a pas réservé. Pourtant, dans la salle de restaurant il n’y a quasiment personne. Et surtout un énorme problème d’isolation phonique des murs, nous avons eu du mal à dormir à cause de nos voisines de chambre qu’on entendait comme si elles étaient dans la nôtre. Un vrai cauchemar. C’est pourquoi je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Drap et lit semblaient propres mais la chambre dans sa globalité n’était pas propre. Poussière, portes abîmées, et la Clim ne fonctionnait pas en sachant qu’il faisait chaud, donc impossible de dormir. Petit déjeuner rien à dire il y avait du choix et c’était bon. Personnel très aimable et professionnel rien à dire à ce sujet. Heureusement que ce n’était pour une nuit, je n’y retournerai pas.

Plusieurs séjours professionnels réalisés dans cet hôtel. Alors oui ce n'est pas un palace... Mais au tarif de la nuit et des services proposés, on ne peut pas s'attendre à l'exceptionnel. Pour autant, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable ! Mention particulière au personnel d'accueil, qui a été particulièrement bienveillant et arrangeant. Un parking est également à disposition et un espace restauration.
