Nice location convenient walking to dining and shopping. Sacramento has a bad homeless and drug situation typical of most liberal cities so walking at night probably not recommended for some. Staff was great. Big rooms, basic accommodations including fridge and microwave. 16th street is busy so some noise. Stayed here before, would again.

The staff was great. Absolutely fantastic. The facility and room was terribly out dated. The bathrooms were dirty. The front doors showed signs of previous forced break in. Making the integrity of the door weak.

The staff is friendly and the price is unbeatable. My room looked exactly like what I expected from the online photos. I had an event in Downtown Sacramento. I like the location and was not planning to hang out at the hotel much. I like that it was reasonably priced and a mile from the event. They had hot coffee in the morning. This served my purposes beautifully.

Stay was fine. Only two things I would criticize is WiFi was very slow and weak, and air conditioning took several tries to work. Overall, I would stay here again. Front desk people were great.

The owners are very nice. Answered my questions. The Husband was painting the outside area when I arrived. You can tell they take pride in their property. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If You are in town for a game at Sutter Health Park like I was it's a 10 to 15 minute drive. 30 to 35 dollars to park depending on where you want to park. Also, you can take public transportation for 5 bucks to the park and 5 bucks back. Would stay here again.
