"Stairs and hallway dark, aromatic. Toilet had column in front of it, shower tiny. Water stains on ceiling. TV Remote, some lights didn’t work. Smoke detector missing. Loud partiers from bars outside on street kept us awake for hours through closed windows. Inner door near front desk kept outer from opening fully. Refuse blocking stairs down as you enter. Definitely not “boutique,” esp for price. "
