"It was not activities at all on the resort. The staff were rude upon check in did not tell us anything about the resort what so ever not food amenities anything. No one directed us on how to get to our rooms. The rooms were never cleaned our entire stay. The AC in the room could not be adjusted. The pool chairs and chairs in dining room were disguising. "This property is breathtaking. From the moment you book you feel informed and prepared for the stay. The website (app) is very informative. The check in process is seamless and the staff are quick to answer in person questions. My only negative was outside of office communication, emails / calls / chat functions lacked in responsiveness.
