We really enjoyed the location and the on-site amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, and the spa and gym are better than most hotel facilities. The restaurant staff were great. Highly recommend - the lighting in the rooms could be upgraded.

Great intro to Saalbach!

Great spot. I arrived late at night after a long drive in. There was an email waiting for me upon arrival with instructions for getting my keys after hours. Breakfast options were more than I needed. And it's a really short walk to a number of gondolas to start your day. Lot's of conveniences for gear storage and such. One of the reasons I booked here was the spa and pool. Apres went a weeee bit long so my spa time was cut down. But the time I did have was great, and the facility felt well maintained and clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. And the place is nicely situated in Hinterglemm and a pretty short taxi to Saalbach. I stayed in one of the Superior rooms, which had a two person in-room sauna. That was a nice treat. Lot's of room for storing your soft gear in the room, and easy to get your bags out of the way of your main traffic areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Prima hotel met prettige sfee midden in het dorp Hinterglemmr. De kamers zijn ruim en modern ingericht (zelfs infrarood cabine op onze kamer !). Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Wij verbleven er in de zomer, maar het lijkt ook in de winter een goede lokatie.

Avoid the apartments!

The hotel is in a good location related to the slopes and after ski hot spots, and the facilities (gym, sauna) are nice. However, we stayed in one of the apartments on the ground floor, which was plain awful. The noise from the restaurant directly above starts at 06:30 in the morning and keeps going until midnight. The inner "bedroom" contains a bunk bed and closets and has no windows or ventilation options. In addition, the furniture was falling apart. The staff was polite enough, but not very helpful or understanding when we presented the issues to them. We're not fuzzy but we expected more for 300 Euros per night.

Sentralt og flott hotell med veldig bra mat.

Pluss: Stilfullt og flott hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Utrolig bra frokost, som var inkludert. Maten på restauranten var også veldig bra. Flott velværeavdeling. Bra skirom med eget låsbart skiskap for hvert rom. Fin beligenhet, 5 min gange (med skistøvler) til 2 av Hinterglems 4 større heiser. Minus: Litt dårlig lydisolering ut i gangen. Ble vektet par netter av folk som kom sent inn.

Fresh hotel in a perfect location

Newly updated hotel with a perfect location, nice breakfast and helpful staff. But they should get some "do not disturb" signs in the room! We were botherd by the cleaning staff 4 times during our 4 nights stay, one day they came 2 times before we were ready to leave our room! Felt like we were pushed of our room... And this occured between 9am-10am...

Vandrings semester

Stannade till för att vandra några dagar. Första natten fick vi ett rum på baksidan utan utsikt och precis ovanför köket så det luktade mat i rummet.. bytte rum och fick ett fantastiskt rum med bra utsikt och nyrenoverat. Bra frukost och en trevlig personal gjorde att jag gärna kommer tillbaka!
