"Das Hotel befindet sich in einem äußerst unangenehmen Viertel. In der Umgebung waren ständig Drogenabhängige und Obdachlose anzutreffen, was ein sehr unsicheres und unangenehmes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Das Personal war überwiegend unprofessionell, respektlos und passiv-aggressiv. Mehrfach wurde vor Gästen auf Griechisch gesprochen und offensichtlich über andere Gäste gelästert unter anderem auch über mich. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut unakzeptabel. "The room was very spacious and clean. It was basically an apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fixtures in bathroom needed some repair, specifically flow of water from handheld shower was subpar, overhead shower fine, tape holding the hand Held to the main fixture. Great bed! Location is safe and residential, 10 min walk to subway. I would stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay. We needed something last minute and were able to come across this hotel. The area it’s in had a few little mom and pop shops, however if you walk maybe 5-6min you will run into all the major stores no need for uber or taxi. Security as far as getting in and out the building was nice and safe. Our only dislike about this property is I booked for 3 people however the 2nd couch bed didn’t come with any blankets and when we asked they said we would be charged."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The breakfast was great. There was some construction in the building which took up the elevators during the day and we were on the seventh floor- hopefully that is resolved soon."

"It was a nice hotel regardless of many people said it is not in the safe area and scaring people not to go out at night, it was totally incorrect and no unsafe situation could be seen at all. Plus, the hotel was very clean and looked good but the breakfast was not that great compared to other islands hotels served in Greece. Overall, I liked the hotel and it was nice and at good price."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Dunlin hotel. The location is great. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the metro and close to many attractions. There are some homeless in the area, but we never felt unsafe. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was a good size, the air conditioning worked great and was very clean.
