"Second time staying here. Parking was a challenge this time around and the pool closes way too early. Where I am travelling with young kids 8pm is way too early. Especially where we are our site seeing for the day. Otherwise it is a great spot!"

"Stay for our daughter's nearby graduation. It was perfect. The gentleman in the lobby directed us to great options for food within walking distance. Our short stay let us to new friends and a love of Salem and The Hotel Salem."

"Clean room "

"Had breakfast at their breakfast spot. The wait staff was very good but the short order cooking staff was way over their heads. Everyone in the restaurant waited much too long for mediocre food. Since it is a open kitchen you could see that orders were confused and sat a while before being delivered"

"The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix. "

"This is an excellent location for a large group or family setting. Highly recommended with friendly staff members. My wife and daughter indicated that the lobby area Women's bathroom was well used and could use some attention but the Men's room was just fine. The shower heads can use an update but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room was serviced each day as well. The on premise water park is a highly recommend and is large and spacious and can accommodate large crowds. A highly recommended facility for any occasion and event, and I have stayed here before. A big fan."

"A little more light in the room would've been great, and the hot water machine was dirty when i ran it, but overall everything was fine. The restaurant downstairs was great."
