"Gute Lage des Hotels. Wegen dem abgelegenen Standort sollte man ein Fahrzeug mieten, da der Transfer vom Flughafen sehr teuer ist. Den Hotelinhabern empfehle ich, einen Automaten für Trinkwasser aufzustellen,der jederzeit zur Verfügung steht.Der nächste Ort ist mehrere km entfernt. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...

"A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. They did compensate by giving me a free lunch but neither the concierge nor the manager came to apologize. The rooms are super small and all furniture is dated. "Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time.
