The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through.
