"Room was very clean and really very pretty. I can't remember when I've staying in such a nice room recently. Comfortable, spacious, and had everything I could need. Bed was comfortable, pretty sunset views across the water from the balcony. I was also lucky that my room was available early for an early check in, there's only one direct flight from my city to Kelowna and it gets you in rather early but at least this time the staff were able to help me out which I really appreciate. "The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was awesome in the restaurant. Rooms are a bit tired and need updating, but the beds and pillows/bedding made up for it. Lovely view of the lake. "
