the Management and staff were kind and attentive. The room was fresh and inviting. A Pet Friendly hotel, that was spotless. Absolutely no odors in the room or hallways. Even a garden and new growing grapevines on the fence line. Giving it a "Feeling of Home". An excellent stay for the price.

This small and unique super 8 has everything a traveler needs. Surrounded by restaurants easy access off Interstate, great staff, nice continental breakfast and cleanness. Plus a great price for the value. This is the place my wife and stay when visiting family!

The room was fine. The main downside was that the front desk guy was asleep in a room beside the front desk. I tried knocking on the door. Finally, I called the hotel phone number and that woke him up.

Perfect better than budget motel

For a budget motel, this was first rate! Clean, quiet, pet friendly. Nice refrigerator/freezer, room for everything I had. Restaurants very close. Perfect!

Traveling with my 88 yr old mom. Got a room on 1st floor close to the door. They were able to do so and it was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was close to the room and we didn't have to go outside.

The room was very nicely decorated and it was so clean. No worries of bed bugs! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. Just enough to eat a little before hitting the road for a day of driving. We were doing the highway 69 yard sale from Fort Smith to Beebe AR. Recommend this for a place to stay for sure!

Good Economical Choice

This motel had a comfortable bed, friendly service, and no negatives to complain about, other than the observation that their breakfast is very basic (no eggs). The price was low compared to other nearby options. I made a good decision to stay there for the night.

Overall good. Not for you if you can't stand smoke

The service was great. The people working the desk were very professional. My only complaint really is that, while I had a non-smoking room, the fact that there are smoking rooms makes the entire building smell faintly of smoke.

The property was clean and well kept, but #1. I reserved a king-sized bed for my wife and I, but we were given a room with full-sized beds... Now Im 6"2...202#... I barely fit on a full-sized bed by myself #2. Was charged twice for my room...this was fixed and the extra charge was returned, but I was very disappointed with my stay.

I stayed here specifically because the reviews were good, but I was horribly disappointed. There were a lot of very sketchy people hanging around outside the hotel in the parking lot and they looked like they were up to no good. The room was dismally outdated, not clean (the bedspread was filthy) and the carpets in the corridor were also not clean. The worst was the fact that many non-paying guests unloaded from multiple vans in the morning to raid the free breakfast. It was obvious they were not guests since they loaded up on the food and then ran quickly to the parking lot to drive off. I would NEVER stay here again.

First the good. I have to say, the room was VERY clean. For me, that is one of the most important factors. Waffle House is in the same parking lot (and it was a nice experience as well). There was not much noise even being on the bottom floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Now for the negative. I am traveling with my two cats, so I spent a ton of time researching pet friendly options (that include cats because several are dog only). That being said, the listing on Expedia and the company website both state pet friendly (not excluding cats) and that they stay for $10 per pet per day. I was aware of the fee and happy to pay, what was not listed was the $100 refundable deposit. Again not an issue, except that it is not expressed on their website nor is it on Expedia so it was a surprise, that could be avoided by keeping the policies online up to date. When checking in I was asked about pets and I said that I did have my two cats. Her faced dropped as she told me they do not accept cats. She did call to get approval from the owner to allow us to keep them in the cage in the room, so we were able to keep our booking, but again, I could have avoided this and stayed somewhere that does allow cats if the information online was accurate. They did work to accommodate us which is appreciated, but it was certainly unnecessary stress added to a long day of traveling. Overall, the rooms are clean and the price point is good.
