"Beautiful hotel, grounds and staff. Made for the perfect base to discover Amalfi coast, Pompeii and an easy train to Rome. The pool is fantatsic and open until late, great for a quick refresh after a hot day exploring this part of Italy. Our junior suite room in the main building with views of the mountain, the grounds, the pool, Naples and even a bit of the sea was beyond our expectations."
"Hotel Herculaneum was a perfect resting place for us. Very close to the archaeological site of Herculaneum meant we could easily visit and return to relax in the hotel. The room was clean, decorated to a high, modern standard with every amenity you could ask for. We were upgraded on rooms when we arrived, which meant we had a balcony overlooking Herculaneum too. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were both helpful and polite. "
"Hotel Tre Fontane was a beautiful, boutique hotel. A spacious room to spread out things out for the 4 days that we spent on the property, with a king size bed that was comfortable after long days of sightseeing. The restaurant was has a wide selection of gourmet foods for dinner, that are so fresh and meticulously prepared. The breakfast buffet was just as delicious with lots of choices. "The staff were very helpful, and willing to help, not just help because it is part of the job. From quick to translation to quick questions, they were there. Which was great because I can be a little nervous with language barriers.
In hindsight, I do wonder if there was a bit of a leak in my restroom, but me not bringing that to the attention of staff is on me, not on staff being unapproachable (because they were not).
