"Property was very clean and well equipped. Rooms are small but if you use the balcony, it suffices. Beds are very firm and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to many attractions such as the Lungomare, restaurants, the port, 2 to 3 castles, and supermarkets for the essentials. "L’établissement fut très difficile à trouver. Il y a 2 Nap Luxury Guest à Naples. Assurez-vous d’avoir la bonne adresse. Et malgré tout, très difficile à trouver. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Par contre, étant donné que c’est près du port et de la circulation, nous avons eu de la difficulté à dormir. La jeune fille à la réception nous a bien accueillis, mais est immédiatement repartie. Donc, personne à la réception pour le reste de la journée et répondre à nos questions."

"Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning. "

"Great Hotel to stay in Naples with a toddler and family. I booked two rooms Brazil and Singapore. Both rooms were very spacious!!! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! The shower had great water pressure! If you have an energetic toddler the Braz room was huge enoough for them to run around if needed. "Well sized rooms overlooking Galleria Umberto. A useful communal area with coffee machine, seating and access to a small balcony area. We were not sure about having breakfast tickets for a cafe in the Galleria - but it worked really well, the pastries were always fresh and the coffee good. And there was the possibility to add items for those with larger appetites. Mario was very helpful and made some great recommendations for for eating out. would definitely recommend"
